Rooted Pathways (Rooted) is designed to focus on the whole person and enable permanent change through mentorship; building skills that will carry them through life. Rooted mentees are empowered to pursue transformational change because they have the chance to address problems in their lives, perhaps for the first time with support to make a lasting impact. Rooted strives to remove all barriers and creates high expectations, because we know each mentee is capable of making greater and more fundamental changes in their lives than any thought possible... Rooted is a faith-based organization. We believe we are called to come alongside people and walk with them through life; discipling, mentoring, loving and caring for each other as God intended.
