Since 1992, our family businness has depended on the quality of our costumer service, respect and on the usage of Local and Traditional Limnos' products. During so many years we have fought and supported all our efforts to promote the area and Lemnos in general. Respect and appreciation for the customer has never been based on irresponsible and sloppy solutions but on essential and qualitative criteria, which distinguish our cuisine. This continuous course has been identified with our will and patience to accept criticism, to adopt new ideas and to support new producers who believe in pure and natural products, which we want to highlight by promoting the "secret" treasures of our island.
