After founding a digital marketing agency Eric has been a Co Founder and advisor to several thriving media companies at the intersection of content, technology, and e-commerce. Eric is currently a managing partner at Alan Morgan Group, and Co Founder of DogGear. Eric's education includes a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Indiana University. When he is not building great products and scaling business ventures, you may find Eric camping or elsewhere in nature.
Matt is as passionate about digital media, tech, and the great outdoors, and he has expertise in all three. After a stellar military career, Matt has been leading operations teams at Facebook to scale their moderation technology at the intersection of content and technology. Matt is currently an advisor or Co Founder to multiple media businesses. Matt's education includes a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a host of military schools including Ranger School and Airborne School. When he is not scaling business ventures, you may find Matt surfing or elsewhere in the wild.
