Edward Kwadwo Oppong

Edward Oppong is a professional Planner and a Senior Lawyer with over fifteen (15) years of varied experience in Litigation Practice, General Corporate Law and Compliance. Edward has a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana and a BL from the Ghana School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Edward worked at the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) from October 1998 to December 2012. During this period, he held various positions including Secretary to the Board of SSNIT, Assistant Legal officer and Assistant Manager, Compliance. Edward also worked at the Ghana Statistical Service from January 1998 to October 1998 as a Supervisor - Enumeration Areas Demarcation Project for 2000 Population Census in Ghana.

George Kow Odum

George Kow Odum is a Civil Engineer, an experienced Business, Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management Executive with over twenty-four (24) years working experience in various roles within local and multinational companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. George further holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ghana. George is an energetic self-starter, analytical, problem-solving and results oriented person with a passion for continuous development of team members. He has been involved in the setting up of a number of start-ups, providing advisory and consultancy services in General Business Management, Project Management, Business Improvement Processes, Business Development and Depot Operations Management in the Petroleum and Energy Sector. George worked with Shell Ghana Limited for over fifteen (15) years, rising to become the Supply Manager and the Country Manager for Shell Trading UK. He was responsible for Trading and Business Development with an average annual turnover of approximately $900 million p.a. and an Average Annual Throughput of over 12.5 million barrels of crude oil.

Paul Nana Nketiah

Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty-three (23) years of working experience. He has over twelve (12) years of experience in University Financial Administration and Part-Time lecturing experience at the Institute of Distance Learning (IDL)-KNUST, University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) and the Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre. Paul has worked as an accountant with the University of Energy and Natural Resources from April 2012 till date. During this period, he has occupied the positions of Accountant/Snr. Accountant - Head of Financial Management, Senior Accountant- Head of Treasury, Receivables, Payables and Hostel Financial Management and Deputy Director of Finance in charge of Budget and Management Accounting. He also worked as an Accountant (Head of Finance, Faculty of Forest Resources Technology-Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), from 2008 to 2012. Paul holds an MBA (Accounting and Finance) from the University of East London, and a BSc Administration (Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana Business School. He became a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in 2007.

Roy Gibbons

Roy is a Technical Support Engineer with over twenty (20) years experience in Factory Engineering, commencing as a Fitter and rising up to become a Plant Engineer. He is experienced in Steam, Compressed air, Refrigeration, Hydraulics, Effluent Management, Water Purification, Electrical Reticulation, Switch Gear, Lighting, Ventilation and Air conditioning, Workshop Management, Operational Management, Machining and workshop repairs, welding and boiler making and many other fields. Roy has worked at Railway Moulds and Systems (RMS (UK)) for many years and has a lot of experience in the Installation of RMS (UK)'s Sleeper Manufacturing Plants, ranging from two (2) line to eight (8) line Factories across the globe. Examples are South Africa, Iraq, Brazil, Turkey, Namibia, Ghana, USA, Thailand, Mongolia and many more. Roy has installed the following equipment over the years: Machine Rails and Mould Rails, Dead end and Live end Jack Heads for Multi Stressing and Single stressing systems as well as Set up of Moulds on lines. He has also been involved in assembly of casting machines, saw machines, demoulding machines with sleeper grabs, Strand Runners, Utility machines, bump up machines and stressing equipment, Set up and Calibration of Sleeper testing machines. Roy has conducted various training for Plant Managers, Plant Supervisors, Quality Supervisors, Operators, Maintenance personnel and general workers e.g. FLT drivers for stacking of sleepers. Roy completed secondary education in 1984, served as an apprentice as a Fitter and passed the South African Government Trade Test. He later obtained a National Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering and was awarded with two diplomas. He has obtained the South African Government Certificate of Competency in Mechanical Engineering, Factory Engineering and Factory Law. He is self-motivated and a self-starter who enjoys the opportunity to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds. He can adapt to the different needs of the people he works with and can work with everyone, i.e. from the bottom level of management to the top level of management.
