Anisha Sood is the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer for First Choice Health (FCH) and has 20+ years of experience across the healthcare industry. Anisha joined FCH in 2019 and oversees finance and strategy leading the development of FCH's growth strategy, key partnerships and corporate development initiatives. Prior to joining FCH, Anisha was a partner at health care investment firm Echo Health Ventures, a collaboration between two regional Blues plans, leading venture capital investments in early stage healthcare tech and services companies. Anisha has also been a vice president of health care investment banking at Credit Suisse and started her career as a consultant with Accenture in their health and life sciences practice.

Ben brings more than 20 years of experience, most of which has been in healthcare related organizations or general business. Most recently, Ben served on Arcadia.io's market leadership team and as Associate Partner for IBM Watson Health's Strategic Advisory Practice. It was in the latter role where Ben helped to lead a unique group of consultants to serve clients across the full healthcare ecosystem. Previous to those roles, Ben was a Senior Manager in the healthcare consulting practice of Dixon Hughes Goodman, serving clients across provider, employer and advocacy domains.

Dr. David Carmouche serves as Walmart's Senior Vice President of Healthcare Delivery where he leads the fleet of Walmart Health centers, Walmart Health Virtual Care, Walmart's work to address Social Determinants of Health, and new omnichannel healthcare offerings. He joined Walmart in 2021, bringing a unique combination of provider, payer, and integrated delivery network experience - serving as a physician, an executive for an insurance company, and as a leader in a regional health system. Dr. Carmouche joined Walmart from Ochsner Health, the largest nonprofit academic healthcare system in the Gulf South, where he served as EVP, Value-based Care and Network Operations; President, Ochsner Health Network; and Executive Director, Ochsner Accountable Care Network. Prior to joining Ochsner Health, Dr. Carmouche was Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of External Operations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, where he introduced the company's first value-based care contracts.
As the first lipidologist in Louisiana and a Fellow of the National Lipid Association, he practiced preventative cardiology in Baton Rouge through 2012 where he built a large, multidisciplinary internal medicine and preventive cardiology practice. He also championed an Epic electronic medical record (EMR) single instance implementation across three entities.
Dr. Carmouche attended Tulane University and LSU Medical School in New Orleans. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, he completed his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he later served as Chief Resident. He serves as President of the Board of the Consortium for Southeastern Healthcare Quality, and he serves on the advisory board at Stellar Health. He is a board observer and advisor for a New Orleans-based startup, Ready, and he serves nationally as a board member for the National Association of ACOs.
Dr. Carmouche enjoys wine country, travel, golf, and is an avid LSU Tigers fan. Dr. Carmouche is the proud father of three children who are in school in Louisiana.

ric Gallagher serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Ochsner Health Network (OHN), a clinically integrated physician network and accountable care organization comprised of over 3,500 physicians across the Gulf South region, serving Ochsner Health, its partners, and affiliated community practices.
In this role, Eric is responsible for developing and managing the strategic vision, long-term planning, and direction for OHN as well as leading operations for population health services delivered to OHN and OACN participants.
Eric previously served as Chief Operating Officer of OHN and has been instrumental to the development of Ochsner's value-based care and population health strategy since 2016, driving OHN's growth across Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Alabama, to today now managing over 500,000 lives in value based agreements and being recognized nationally as a leader in value-based care.
Prior to joining Ochsner in 2016, Eric held leadership positions in health care strategy, building and advancing value-based competencies and population health infrastructures with local and national healthcare organizations, including roles at Accenture in its Health Management practice and at Tulane University Medical Group.
A New Orleans native, Eric holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business.

Josh brings more than 25 years of experience, most of which has been in healthcare advisory, service to his clients. Most recently, he has served as Principal and Co-Practice Leader of Citrin Cooperman's Healthcare Practice and Managing Partner for IBM Watson Health's Strategic Advisory Practice, leading a unique group of consultants in each instance to serve clients across the full healthcare ecosystem (Providers, Payers, Employers, Governments, Advocacy, etc.). Previous to those roles, he served as a Principal in the healthcare consulting practice at Dixon Hughes Goodman (now FORVIS), helping to lead their Strategy Consulting business. Prior to which, he served as a leader in all versions of KPMG (KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint and KPMG). Currently, he serves on the Boards of the Validation Institute, Population Health Management Journal and HealthTrackRx.
