At Roots, we specialize in using a holistic, hands on approach to care. We use principles of yoga such as mindfulness, breathwork and asana (movement and poses) combined with evidence based physical therapy technique to create a uniquely enjoyable healing experience... We offer small, intimate classes in a beautiful space on the east side of Providence.
