Rye's service is to collectively sow the seeds for youth participating in its after school programs, its tutorial program, its visitation programs and to foster family self-sufficiency through the means of providing school supplies and home needs, as necessary... The Rockland Youth Empowerment Center offers Court-Ordered Supervised Visitation through four distinct service areas: In-Home, Off-Site, On-Site, and Virtual. These services are designed to facilitate healthy parent-child reunification by providing a structured, supportive, and safe environment. Our mission is to rebuild connections between absent parents and their children while ensuring the emotional well-being and empowerment of children who have experienced adversity.
