Michael is a U.S. Army Veteran, having honorably served 21 years on active duty as a senior logistics manager and property manager. His numerous military assignments include Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Fort Polk, Leonard Wood, Bliss, Pentagon, Korea, and most notably two combat tours to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Michael is a graduate of the prestigious U.S. Army Sergeant's Major Academy and holds a master's degree in business administration (Summa Cum Laude).
As a licensed Washington State real estate broker, he focuses exclusively on property management. Michael is enthusiastic about partnering with clients, property owners, and tenants alike to deliver the best possible home leasing experience. He is a real estate investor himself and knows first-hand the value of quality property management.
Michael enjoys a good DIY project, producing music, spending time with his wife and children; he's also an avid sports fan who enjoys cheering on his favorite team (NY Giants).
Raessa is a proud United States Army Veteran with 6 years of military service (Fort Campbell, KY & Fort Jackson, SC). She was a Personnel Specialist, which fit perfectly because she loves to interact and provide great customer service. After the Army, her career continued as a Human Resource Specialist with the Department of the Army for 3 years and as a Task Management Specialist (Pentagon) for some of our Nation's Top Military Officials for 12 years.
Although Raessa's career was moving in a great direction, she decided to change career paths and place her focus on something she enjoys and loves, property management. As a real estate investor and landlord herself, she knows the importance of having great property management which provides awesome customer service, timely communication, and wants to see you win
Raessa also enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughter, and her son who is an Active duty service member.
