I was born in Grenoble, France. I am fluent in French and English. Receiving my dual citizenship was an American dream. Transitioning from a French lifestyle to American was challenging but I over came all obstacles, and the lessons learned taught me to be mentally stronger. I am able to apply all challenges in my youth to my adult life. I am driven, disciplined, and determined to be the best man for my family and most of all myself. I have a beautiful lady with 2 amazing stepchildren who make me push myself to be the best I can be.

Andrea Zeilen

Andrew Schuurs

Job Titles:
  • SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Andrew started at RSC as a project engineer and quickly worked his way to Project Manager for the Washington-based multifamily construction projects. Andrew has previous experience as a Project Manager for Sapphire Construction in Los Angeles where he managed ground-up multifamily projects in addition to complex projects for the likes of LAUSD and Metrolink. Andrew also gained valuable Project Management experience with Fulcrum, a national firm that assists developers and lending institutions in the multifamily platform. Andrew received a B.A. in Economics from San Diego State University and is currently attending Georgetown University to receive his Masters in Real Estate Development.

Ben Lee

Job Titles:
  • PROJECT MANAGER
Ben has been with Russell Square since nearly its inception. He has worked heavily on apartment renovation projects including interior remodels and conversions, roofing replacements and exterior façade renovations. He has recently transitioned to the new construction side of the business where he assists the project superintendents in day-to-day tasks. Ben was previously the Project Manager for the Renovations Division, beginning projects at the estimation and proposal phase, securing and writing subcontracts, managing onsite operations, in addition to budgeting and invoicing through project completion. During this time, Ben has worked with numerous cities and municipalities in obtaining proper permitting and approval for all associated projects. Ben has experience with assisting clients on due diligence visits and associated property reports, as well as experience on the Owner representation side in walking units and securing signoffs and unit completions. Ben has transitioned to the new construction side and is adding to his knowledge of day-to-day operations from the site level up to the project management level. During his free time, Ben enjoys any golf course and traveling overseas, specifically in Europe.

Enrique Isas

Before devoting myself to the construction industry, I served as the general manager of a structural pest control firm for 23 years. Roles included managing day-to-day operations, working with existing clients and winning new accounts. I was responsible for the company's increasing development and expansion efforts into various markets throughout the states. I specialized in the growing sector of the multifamily housing industry. During my 23 years at the firm, I qualified the firm in 10+ states and ensured that operations were in compliance with each individual State's rules and regulations. Hobbies include off-roading and golf.

Eric Petersen

Eric has a BS in Engineering Design Technology - emphasis in Construction Management from Eastern Washington University. Eric began his career in Architecture joining a leading design team at O'Bryan Partnership Architects for Vail Resorts Properties - developing and designing luxury ski resorts and high-end mountain side lodging throughout the Colorado Rocky Mountains. He developed a strong background in Design and Construction Administration along with skills and expertise in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software that would later prove instrumental in Project Engineering for construction. Eric furthered his career in WA, State and became one of Fowler General Construction's longest-standing employees, garnishing and extensive array of projects in his work history. He was the resident CAD expert being proficient in reading, creating, and correcting drawings with a firm understanding of design requirements for construction. Eric functioned as Project Engineer to numerous educational projects as well as a variety of private, commercial, and government projects. His leadership abilities with administrative and construction experience evolved his career to a Senior Project Engineering Manager. After over a decade in General Construction, Eric changed direction to be become part of a Critical Projects Implementation Team for Amazon Web Services where he learned valuable Project Management Principles implementing cloud-based services for Amazon Data Centers. Eric returned to his passion in construction joining Russell Square where he is essential to the success and development of construction projects.

Erik Gibbs

Erik is a graduate of WECA and a licensed General Electrician with years of experience in heavy commercial, residential, lighting controls, fire alarm systems, and various special systems. Enjoying all things construction related, I endeavor to learn as much as I can about the next person's trade as well as the newest construction industry standards. I enjoy time with my family gardening, am interested in entomology, mycology, wood, and metal working. I'm also a student of ancient languages (Biblical Hebrew and Aramaic).

James Wright

James's construction career started in high School in Texas building trades as a vocation. After High School, the US Army, and US Navy occupied an Honorable service period lasting over 9 yrs. Following my military service, the trades provided a viable pursuit for a reliable source of income. Starting in the residential sector, where I acquired my building trades knowledge in High School; led me to gain additional experience in commercial and light industrial in the Local 30 Union. Taking a break between this transition, I enrolled in the local community college to receive an Associate's of Science. James has a vast amount of experience in the industry holding various positions within companies such as Laborer, Carpenter, Journeyman Carpenter, Foreman, Site Foreman, Finish Foreman, Crane rigger, Equipment Operator, and Site Safety Coordinator. As of late, I have spent nearly 25 years in the construction trades looking for the right company for me to acquire the additional skills for a Field / Assist. Superintendent currently serving as Interior Finish Foreman for, Russell Square Consulting.

Jesse Denham

Jesse has over 20 years of experience in Luxury Custom Home building. My goal is to surpass client expectations in product quality while maintaining firm control of schedule and cost. To achieve this goal I use meticulous planning, problem solving, attention to detail, and precision execution from the initiation of the project through closing. My demeanor makes me an outstanding interface between Client/Design Team/Vendors and the Project Management Team. As a Union trained carpenter working on Luxury Custom Homes in the Bay Area, I learned what it takes to execute a wide variety of home exteriors and interiors. My intimate understanding of building gives me practical insight into execution of work, which has helped me streamline processes from the beginning of a project through completion. I enjoy coaching youth volleyball in my spare time. After playing club volleyball in college, I was recruited to coach travel volleyball for high school age athletes in Northern California. I had the privilege to train with USA National team coaches at the Olympic facility in Colorado Springs, CO. Coaching team sports has provided me with invaluable skills in communication, team building, goal planning, conflict resolution and managing individuals with diverse motivations and interests.

Margaret brings unique experience from Walsh Construction where she performed as a Project Administrator on a variety of exclusive projects that include Clements Place with DESC (Downtown Emergency Services Center) and Station House a Capitol Hill Transit-Oriented Development Project with Capitol Hill Housing. She has also worked closely with Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) as well as other affordable housing projects focusing on Section 3 and M/WBE (Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises). At RSC Margaret is tasked with assisting Project Managers to ensure project success along with document control for insurance, permitting, and licensing procurement.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He started at the age of 18 as a second-generation carpenter along with his siblings. He originally started his career as a union carpenter in Los Angeles. After 15 years of experience in the field, he was able enter into construction management in the Bay Area. Within the 8 years in construction management as a superintendent, he has worked in many types of projects including large ground up design build Medical facilities, bio-laboratory T.I., luxury apartments, and tech company buildings.

Ray Musolf

Ray has been in the HVAC trade for 22 years and enjoys the field. I worked for the state of California for 5 years as stationary engineer and I worked for 4 other companies in my HVAC career as field lead technician and lead installer. I enjoy my job and seeing the end results of jobs installed and serviced. In my free time, enjoy working on bikes and cars. I have a 68 Plymouth I am restoring along with a motorcycle.

Over the years Seth has consistently delivered complex projects to clients throughout the west coast and intermountain west. Seth is a Project Manager with a focus on complex large scale development projects often representing owners' and developers' interests. From the age of sixteen Seth was onsite as a young carpenter and was able to grow into senior management over years of hard work. Today Seth has built several multimillion design-build single family homes featured in architectural digest, also a billion-dollar 32 story luxury tower in downtown Los Angeles, University of San Diego and University of California projects.
