Srila ,a qualified Chartered Accountant, joined the organisation as the Equity Research Associate wherein she studied in depth various financial instruments and stocks. She determined and implemented strategies in derivative trading and increased the annual turnover of the Company multifold. By leveraging her experience and qualification, she started tax planning & advisory services. Identifying the growing need and advantages in planning succession of assets, she was instrumental in the Company's launch of estate planning services.

Mr Upen Doshi has done his Masters in Management Studies from NMIMS and post that he started Samruddhi Securities Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Doshi is a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange and has created goodwill for himself in the Indian Capital Market industry for his experience of three decades, and for his deep insight and understanding of different financial products. A strong believer in value investing, Mr.Doshi, believes that to truly understand financial markets, one must not only have a strong foundation in finance but also understand behavioral science.
