Alvin Lin is the Vice President of Ambulatory Care Transformation and Innovation at SBH Health System where he develops care delivery models to improve quality, outcomes, and satisfaction while reducing cost of care. He recently launched the new SBH Health and Wellness Center which aims to redefine patient experience and build a culture of lifelong wellness and self-empowerment. The Center includes 314 units of affordable housing, Center for Culinary Medicine and Teaching Kitchen, Rooftop Farm, Farm Stand, Fitness Center, and Women's Health and Pediatrics services.
Alvin co-chaired several New York Medicaid Redesign and Value Based Care committees and represents SBH on Health Equity Task Force. He received degrees from the University of Southern California and The Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Manisha Kulshreshtha is the Senior Vice President, Chief Clinical & Strategy Officer at SBH Health System. Dr. Kulshreshtha is responsible for the leadership and operations of Ambulatory Care Services across the organization. This includes the SBH Health & Wellness Center and its co-located Teaching Kitchen and Fitness Center, the vanguard of SBH's lifestyle education and healthy living initiatives. Within the healthcare system, she also serves as Medical Director of Care Transitions. Additionally, Dr. Kulshreshtha is an Associate Medical Professor at the CUNY School of Medicine, Clinical Assistant Professor at New York Institute of Technology and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
An accomplished healthcare leader and a practicing physician in internal medicine, Dr. Kulshreshtha incorporates more than 20 years of experience to promote best practices, improve patient workflow management, and confront expanding complexities of a constantly changing healthcare environment. She is focused on increasing access to the underserved community to ensure quality of care.

Vice-President Hubert Humphrey gave the keynote speech at the groundbreaking ceremony for the hospital's West Wing in 1969. The six-story structure accommodated 188 beds in private and semi-private rooms, and also included construction of a new kitchen and cafeteria. The hospital, now with over 400 beds, was reclassified as an acute care facility in the 1970s. In the 1980s, the hospital developed a medical education program that today includes training for residents in emergency medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, family practice, general surgery and other programs (including psychiatry, whose first class begins in 2016). The hospital became affiliated with Fordham-Tremont Community Mental Health Center (now SBH Behavioral Health) in 1988 to offer mental health services.

Rob Church, RN is the Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services & Chief Nursing Officer at SBHS. He is an experienced nursing leader with demonstrated results in the health care industry spanning more than 30 years. He oversees nursing clinical practice, professional development, education and outcomes across the health system.
Mr. Church currently holds the position of Secretary and Executive Board Member for New York Organization of Nurse Leaders. He previously served as President-Elect in 2018, President 2019, and Past-President in 2020 for the Greater New York chapter. Mr. Church is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and certified as a Nurse Executive through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
He obtained his BSN from Adelphi University and Masters of Science in Trauma/Critical Nursing from University of Maryland. He also has an MBA from Rutgers University.
