By 2023, the capacity of ODA in Eurasian will be about 7000 tons/year, of which the capacity of the original plant (located in Chengbei Industrial Park, Zhanhua District, Binzhou City, Shandong Province) will be about 2000 tons, and the capacity of the new plant (located in Hekou blue Development Zone, Dongying City, Shandong Province) will be about 5000 tons.
