SHELL EGG ACADEMY

SEA is a learning experience and education opportunity for the egg production and processing industries. Through a combination of interactive classroom experiences taught by expert speakers, and hands-on learning, participants are provided the latest information on egg quality and egg safety... In-person SEA is held at Purdue University and developed specifically for managers of egg companies and those in similar positions looking for a deeper dive into egg quality and food safety as well as specific table-top exercises, and enhanced, in-person networking opportunities with industry, academia, and regulatory agencies. In-person SEA builds on the knowledge and topics in virtual SEA. Fee to participate is $800/person or $650/person if you work for a government agency. Fee includes three breakfasts, 2 lunches, and one evening reception/dinner. 2023 SCHEDULE (for reference until 2024 schedule is released)
