Prior to forming Shantar Law, Nicholas was Senior Counsel at Allen Matkins, a prominent California firm specializing in all types of real estate matters. Before that, he practiced at the renowned Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan law firm, where he practiced complex business litigation, frequently in "bet the company" litigation. He was also previously with the international Jones Day law firm, where he advised clients in healthcare, products liability, unfair competition, and employment matters.
