Starting her healing journey in the spring of 2011, she has participated in many medicine rituals over the years, including sweat lodges, fire ceremonies, and spiritual retreats. She received one hand of IFA in 2015, initiated to Egungun in 2019, and received her Ori in Olokun in 2020. IFA is a Yoruba nature-based religion and cosmology for divination. As a student of Cyndi Dale and Ty Hudnall's, she incorporates many of their teachings in her 5D Healing Method.
