Dr. Caroline Sekiwano - Is a co-founder at SIL Uganda, leading the HR consulting division. Dr. Sekiwano has 19 years+ of immense diverse hands on human resource and business operations experience and is a subject matter expert in the area of HR Compliance and best practices, HR Infrastructure, policy and procedure development, employee communication and engagement, as well as change management, and culture development among others with a full focus on Employee life cycle needs.

Dr. Jeanpo Olowo and Dr. Caroline Sekiwano's work has appeared in media papers like New Vision, Monitor publications, Independent Newspapers, and many more media outlets and publications. Both Dr. Jeanpo and Dr. Caroline speak a variety of local Ugandan languages, English and basic french, and love to travel, Gospel Music, have a personal relationship with God and love meeting different peoples of the world. More than anything else though, they treasure spending time with family and living out a life for God.
