She has vast experience of working in varied industries where she has excelled in building & strengthening organization capability, understanding business drivers & cultural nuances. She has worked in Fortune 100 MNCs & Indian conglomerates as GSK, Xerox, Delta Electronics, India Today & a few more. She is an MBA in Human Resources (1994), Bachelor in Law(1992) and Masters in Commerce(1990). Archana has quit her 24 years successful corporate career in 2018 and is a co-founder of Meraki Soul Coaching to start her own coaching practice with a mission of impacting lives positively and giving back to the corporate world.

Rituparna is a professional with 23 years of experience in Sales, HR and Academics. She has worked in industries such as ITES, Power Electronics and Education and has been deeply involved in people centric roles, facilitating, mentoring and building teams that work harmoniously. She has contributed to organisations such as NIIT Ltd, Allsec Technologies, Delta Electronics and IILM University. Her interest also lies in training and facilitation and has conducted several workshops on topics such as Personal Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Communication skills, Building a Personal brand and Leadership Development. She is a PG in Management from Indian School of Business, and a commerce graduate from Calcutta University.
