John Waterman

My wife has been nearly deaf in her right ear since childhood and suffers increasing deafness in her left. We tried hearing aids about 4 years ago from Sound Advice and the attempt was unsuccessful. They were most gracious when we said that they were just not working. About three weeks ago we tried again and the technology has been improved dramatically. In addition to the technology advances the extreme professionalism of Dr. Britton and the time that he spent getting things just right for my wife was outstanding. Her hearing is now on a par with mine (which is extremely good) and as an added benefit for the first time in our 55 years of marriage she even has some degree of directionality where she can tell where the sound is coming from. We are extremely pleased with the service we have received. If anyone would like to contact us on this either check with Sound Advice for my contact information or look up John Waterman in Branson, MO.
