Soil to Soul is committed to healthy soils, regenerative agriculture, and a nutrient-rich diet. The movement, active in Switzerland and Portugal, acts as a knowledge platform that informs, publishes, organizes events, and builds networks. The annual highlight is the Soil to Soul Symposium in autumn in Zurich... From October 31 to November 4, 2024, we gathered for the fourth Soil to Soul Symposium to discuss some of the most critical topics of our time: nutrition, soil health, and the pleasure of good food. Set in the inspiring surroundings of Karl der Grosse in the heart of Zurich, we offered five days of exchange, inspiration, and networking. Experts, dedicated producers, and creative chefs worked side by side to convey the value of healthy soils in all their dimensions and to explore pathways to a sustainable future...
