After serving almost an entire juvenile life term, followed by 15 consecutive years in prison from the ages of 17 through 32, Mr. Soliman became the first directly impacted criminal justice system-involved person ever hired by the United States Department of Justice United States Attorney's Office, District of Delaware in 2011 and was the Sr. Reentry Specialist for the United States Probation Office, District of Delaware and the first Peer Support Specialist for the Districts first federal reentry court still operating successfully today within the United States District Courts for the District of Delaware. Currently serving a three term of appointment by the seated Governor of the State of Delaware on the Delaware Workforce Development Board, representing both the BIPOC and Justice Involved communities as well as the private sector.
