Touch Support, the company behind SNF Back Office, has been in business for almost 20 years, providing offshore shared and dedicated teams trained to support our client's specific needs. Services provided have ranged from technical support to sales to customer service. As we gained more and more experience supporting health care companies, with a significant focus in the senior care industry, we saw a need for those companies to have a better, more cost-effective solution for the back office.
