Chris Cordle is a skilled operations strategist who has transformed the Specialty Fenestration Group (SFG) vision and strategy into value-added projects that align with the key performance indicators required for long-term growth. Chris coaches the Operations team on SFG's values, which is the foundation and the DNA of everything we do as a company. Chris unleashed unprecedented energy in implementing a world-class lean production system that has transformed SFG operationally at an accelerated pace. Chris has 15 years of experience working in manufacturing environments including the Automotive, Aerospace, and Oil and Gas industries. He has dynamic experience as an Industrial Engineer installing automated assembly and weld conveyance lines and as a Regional Operational Excellence Manager transforming manufacturing plants all over the world. Chris resides in Houston, TX with his wife Jennifer and is blessed with 2 daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys church, spending time with his family, golfing, and watching sports.

Hector Vallejo

Hector Vallejo spearheads the sales and marketing initiatives at Specialty Fenestration Group and is responsible for the execution of the revenue-generation and go-to-market strategy. Hector has worked in a variety of roles supporting solutions for the construction, security and retail sectors. With over 2 decades of experience in senior roles at dormakaba and Stanley Black & Decker, he is a seasoned veteran at building out new sales channels and developing innovative marketing strategies that have driven year over year record sales, market share and overall company growth. Hector currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and 6 children. He exemplifies the company's core values both professionally as well as personally and is passionate about serving people through several volunteer and mission groups from his church. In his free time, he prioritizes family time, but also enjoys playing soccer, golf and traveling the world.

Jason Epps - CEO, President

As CEO and President, Jason is responsible for leading the strategic direction of Specialty Fenestration Group to maximize company growth, profitability, and shareholder value. Jason is a second-generation owner of Quikserv and has shepherded the company for over 28 years. Partnering with River Associates in 2018, Jason has led the company through phenomenal growth and the professionalization of the company. As CEO & President, Jason has led strategic partnerships and acquisitions that have enabled the company to significantly grow shareholder and customer value. Jason's primary role is to facilitate company growth organically as well as through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. He exemplifies the company values every day and his passion for the company brands is unmatched and resonates in the culture, passion and attitude that powers Specialty Fenestration Group. Jason resides in Magnolia, TX with his wife of 28 years and is blessed with 3 adult children and one grandchild. Jason and his family are heavily involved in their local Christian church where he enjoys volunteering, spreading the Gospel, and simply being the hands and feet of Christ to others in the community and at work. When he's not working you will find him spending quality time with his family in the outdoors either hiking, golfing, exercising, or simply relaxing.

Lisa Csikos - CFO

Lisa Csikos serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Specialty Fenestration Group. In this role, Lisa has overall responsibility for the controllership and financial reporting activities of the company. She brings many years of experience from both her Financial Consulting background and her financial management positions in various industries including, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Retail. During 10 years of Financial Consulting with Condon & Company, Lisa worked with clients preparing for financial transactions, and integration of teams and systems post transaction. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Lisa resides in Houston, Texas with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking and college football.
