Located in beautiful San Juan Capistrano, Story Wellness is an Outpatient Program uniquely designed to support you in redefining your life story and achieving mental wellness... At Story Wellness, we use Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and more to assist people in releasing the painful stigmas or negative connotations they've associated themselves with - so they can reimagine their life the way they choose to define it... Our experienced behavioral health team provide therapy to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
