My recent hands-on development included work in AWS cloud: serverless (Lambda, Typescript and NodeJS), Containers, NoSQL, Quicksight and in Microsoft Azure cloud... While I still enjoy hands-on technology work, several years ago I have moved from mostly hands-on development and engineering to strategic work: Principal Engineer. In that capacity I've worked on some interesting projects/programs. I've laid foundations of the technology transformation programs of legacy systems. I've led strategic technology initiatives. I've worked with the emerging groups and teams. Presently I am leading Toyota's North American Quality Systems in wired and OTA vehicle updates in design and development of systems to support these important initiatives.
