STEP Engineering is an engineering consultancy firm focused on the design and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), Wet & Dry Infrastructure, Information Technology (IT), Security and Audio-Visual (AV) systems... We are not your typical sustainability consultant, and we do not provide sustainability "check list" services. At STEP, we are utilizing creativity, simple engineering, and technology to make systems more efficient and cost effective... STEP's client-oriented approach has allowed it to build strategic alliances with customers, thus nurturing the growth of the company. In addition to design review and energy efficiency assessment, we are currently venturing into existing properties assessment, due diligence, and technical evaluation.
