Brittany Chobey

Brittany graduated from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and received her bachelor's degree in sociology with a concentration in criminal justice. She has been working in the legal field ever since and absolutely loves what she does. Her calm and pleasant demeanor, coupled with her many years of experience, helps put our clients at ease. She is an avid animal lover and in her spare time she enjoys being with her family, Matt, their son Mason, and their dog Pinky.

Cathy Dalrymple

Cathy was born in Michigan and has been a resident of Florida for almost 20 years. She has her Associates Degree in Business Management from Detroit College of Business. She has worked in the real estate and title industry since 1995. She has seen all the ups and downs in the real estate and title industry and really understands the emotions that Realtors. Sellers and Buyers go through with each transaction. She prides herself on making everyone understand and feel comfortable with each transaction. She handles all aspects within the firm and has a thorough understanding of real estate and often impressed the most seasoned Realtor or opposing counsel. She has been married for 23 years and raised five children. After her fifth child graduated she bought her first horse. She loves to read; reading a book a week.

Michael J. Heath - President

Michael J. Heath is son of retired attorney James R. Heath. Elder Heath opened his law practice in Treasure Island, Florida in 1972 and retired in 1995 due to a hearing loss. Younger Heath has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Florida where he concentrated on Strategic Management and Corporate Communications. He continued on to law school at Florida State University where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate. He was then employed by the Pinellas County Public Defender's Office where he gained courtroom and trial experience. He then followed in the family tradition and opened his office on Treasure Island, Florida focusing on the same areas of law as father, Jim Heath.

Zoe Griego

BZoe has worked in the legal field since 2014. She loves working in law, and even though she is fairly experienced at what she does, she strives to learn something new every day. She went to Florida State University for English Literature and now runs a fairly large book club in her spare time. She enjoys bicycling and bikes around 12 miles a day.
