In 1973, Strube, Inc. added an FAA Repair Station (OX1R390X) which allowed the company to draw upon surplus inventory and provide their customer community with Overhaul-Repair-Certification of Class 1, 2, 3, and 4 instruments. Also during the early 1970's the company implemented a MIL-I-45208 Quality System and moved into the manufacture and overhaul of aircraft instruments for various DOD agencies...
