To produce our phycocyanin, at PHYCOMANIA, we use photobioreactors that can duplicate spirulina in large quantities in an optimal culture medium. Then, we optimise the conditions of this favourable environment so that the phycocyanin in the spirulina develops naturally. Finally, we cold extract phycocyanin from our fresh spirulina to obtain pure, liquid phycocyanin molecules that remain totally bonded with water throughout the process.
