The Prism Way was founded by individuals with a deep sense of purpose: to provide authentic healing and support for men and women who have experienced the trauma of incarceration, helping them reclaim their dignity and self-worth while repairing families and restoring communities... The Prism Way is led by people who are committed to building bridges rather than walls, including, in part, individuals who have been directly affected by the justice system and survivors of crime... We established The Prism Way to assist in the restoration of full civil and human rights for justice-impacted individuals, which arises from a profound belief in the fundamental worth of each human being- and the potential of each to lead a meaningful life aligned with social, emotional, and spiritual values when provided with the resources needed.
