Established in 2004, Thuto Trust is an innovative education trust and registered Public Benefit and Non-Profit Organisation (PBO & NPO). We invest in deserving young people through tertiary education bursaries. With the help of donors and partners, we have invested in excess of R 50 million in over 1200 bursaries and scholarships over the past 19 years... Thuto Trust and its partners need to press on to meet the needs of the future, and exponentially expand our programme, increasing the number of Teacher Interns we support each year to meet South Africa's burgeoning requirements for teachers.
