The purpose of the my practice and everything we do is to provide a place where we can help those who are in need of significant medical assistance. Despite being board certified in numerous specialties (Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Hospice/Palliative Care), my focus remains on helping those complex patients with numerous medical problems. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, playing basketball and spending time volunteering.
Specializes in integration of business with the passion of treating the chronically ill. Ms. Qutob has an advanced degree in behavioral science and health from the University of Utah. Healthcare has always been the field she has aspired to excel in. Our programs focuses on quality of life for those facing chronic or terminal illnesses which many others can't do. Being a person who lives to serve people, Palliative care has become her calling.
Thompson Ugoh, (AGPC-NP) is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with a focus on adult Primary Care. He obtained his bachelor's in nursing from Texas Tech University health science Lubbock Texas in 2014. Thompson has a deep background in nephrology, medical/surgical nursing and case management. He has served as a primary care provider in the community before joining Transcend Integrated Healthcare. He hopes to continue to use his knowledge to help those in need. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his family and spends spare time serving his local community.
