We provide an array of Mental Health Rehabilitative Services to individuals with significant mental illness who are in need of client centered, goal-directed, solution based services in their natural environment to permit or enhance functioning in the community... We understand the need to meet the persons served where they are. Individuals are provided with skills and support to treat their behavioral health issues and embrace their mental wellness. Enabling them to enhance the quality of their lives and pursue personally valued roles in their living, learning, work and social environments. Many individuals with behavioral health issues experience difficulty being included in the community and accessing community.
