Joining the Triton Investment Company Group in 2015, Anna Wilson is Director of Accounting. Ms. Wilson brings an extensive background in financial and operational management for commercial properties, hospitality, joint ventures, real estate development- as well as many years of experience within distribution and service companies.
Ms. Wilson was previously responsible for Real Estate and Corporate accounting and reporting at one of North America's most well-known mountain resort and adventure companies. Responsibilities included management of real estate assets totaling more than $300 million, IPO transitioning, and providing assistance in 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings for the company as a whole. Earlier, Ms. Wilson had in-depth involvement with rapidly growing businesses, including facilitating a start-up to over $60 million in sales.
Ms. Wilson, a native of Sweden, is an MBA graduate of Stockholm University, and has studied economics, accounting and business throughout Scandinavian universities as an Erasmus representative, while being recognized by the Swedish Professional Auditing Association.

Brady Johnson is a Real Estate Analyst with Triton Investment Company and also serves as Director of Sales and Marketing at the C Lazy U Ranch. Brady is also the Employing Broker at C Lazy U Ranch Realty LLC and handles all real estate transactions at the Ranch.
Mr. Johnson's real estate experience includes working as a research analyst at Marcus and Millichap in Denver.
Prior to joining Triton Investment Company, Brady Johnson was an accomplished US Ski Team athlete. Mr. Johnson holds a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business.

David Craig has over 28 years of hospitality experience, and now serves as General Manager at C Lazy U Ranch. The ranch was selected in the 2015 Conde Nast Reader's Choice Awards as the #1 Best Resort in Colorado, #4 in the United States and the #13 Best Hotel/Resort in the World.
David's background includes everything from resort and luxury hotel management to travel membership club experience. He began his career in Cape Cod, Mass. where he held a variety of hotel management positions including housekeeping, engineering, and front desk leadership. David worked 11 years in Aspen and Snowmass Village with General Manager positions at the Stonebridge Inn and Hotel Jerome. He also worked at the Inverness Hotel Resort & Conference Center in south Denver and perfected his 5 Star luxury product and service skills while working nine years at Hotel Teatro, a boutique hotel in Denver, ultimately as General Manager. David was also the 2013 Chairman of the Board of the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association and in 2015 that organization awarded David, Hotelier of the Year.

Don Bailey is the Chairman & CEO and founder of the Triton Investment Company Group of Companies. Mr. Bailey has invested in real estate for almost 30 years, starting with a single residential unit in London, Ontario, Canada in 1983. Today, (through the privately held Triton Investment Company Group of companies), Mr. Bailey is invested in multiple real estate holdings predominantly in Colorado and Michigan as well as a number of private equity deals. Additionally, Mr. Bailey and his partners have California land holdings in both Malibu and Santa Barbara, as well as ranches in Grand County, Colorado, including the prestigious 8,400 acre C Lazy U Guest Ranch.
Mr. Bailey is also very active in the community. He is currently Co-Chair of the Board of non-profit Alliance for Choice in Education (ACE), as well as past President of the Winter Park Recreational Area (owner of the Winter Park ski resort in Colorado), a past member of the Board of Trustees for the non-profit Biennial of the Americas, as well as having served for many years on the Board of Historic Denver.
Mr. Bailey graduated in 1984 from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada, with an Honours HBA four-year business degree.
As Director of Technology, Eric Wheeler, oversees the day-to-day operations of all information technology within our group of companies. As a ‘one man shop', his duties encompass network administration and support for our entire staff and all information systems. If it plugs into the wall, chances are Eric has something to do with it.
Prior to relocating to Denver and joining Triton Investment Company in 2001, Eric was the Southwest Regional Technology Coordinator / Network Administrator for Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch.com in Austin, Texas from 1997-2000. Eric has also worked for Compaq Computers, Acer of America, VERIO, and Knowledge Broker Inc (KBI) to name a few. Eric brings over 25 years of professional IT experience to the job.

Ron Warren is Chief Financial Officer of the Triton Investment Company Group of Companies. Mr. Warren has been involved in all aspects of financial and operational management for retail, commercial, and hospitality projects, as well as real estate development and construction.
Prior to joining Triton Investment Company, Mr. Warren was responsible for management and financial reporting for one of the world's leading global resort, adventure-travel, and real estate development companies. During his tenure, annual sales exceeded $1.6 billion. Additionally, Mr. Warren was responsible for all financial and capital management of 131 multi-state retail locations with annual sales exceeding $3.5 billion, including three manufacturing plants and over a million square feet of warehouse space. During this time he successfully deployed and managed returns for more than $1 billion in capital, and has been involved in numerous $100-million plus real estate transactions.
Mr. Warren is a Certified Public Accountant (active), and attended USC Graduate School of Business Administration and Babson School of Executive Education.
