Ben has over 10 years of experience in finance, where his innovative nature and detail-orientation brings a high level of accuracy in portfolio management, presentation skills and provides keen knowledge in operational management of funds. As a Senior Advisor at The Terra Fund, his guidance includes, advising on impact investing, financial analysis in fixed income markets, asset allocation and business development, with a clear direction that is in line with Terra's vision and investment objectives, while also keeping the pathway of our overall social impact mission. Ben began his career as an Undergraduate Instructor at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, were he taught finance, encompassing financial derivatives, prepared course material relating to economic and capital markets and assessed student performance through daily assignments and student portfolios. He then worked at Lord Abbett as a Research Analyst, where his responsibilities included analyzing high yield assets, interpreting market data, performed qualitative and quantitative research and assessed financial suitability to develop customized portfolios. Ben was then a Senior Associate at Providence Equity Partners, where he assisted in the organization of financial reports, performed financial analysis, prepared operating budgets and ad hoc reports and provided guidance on the overall strategy in the financial markets. Moreover, Ben's next position was Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where his delegation and responsibilities were to increase operational scale, making enhancements to pricing models to extend product offering and to improve client experience for existing products within teams and building new platforms that implement improved financial models. After Goldman Sachs, he then founded and managed EventShares ETFs as the Chief Investment Officer, were he identified and invested in companies undergoing policy disruption and achieved strong positive annualized alpha in the first-ever government policy-based ETF, and further developed a new breakaway arm from the company into a new firm called MarketDesk Research, where the company performs investment research, model portfolios and market insights for wealth advisors and institutional investors. Ben obtained a Bachelor in Finance and Banking and MBA from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute and holds Series 7 and 63 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He also volunteers his time in mentoring students at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business in becoming entrepreneurs by guiding them in the financial markets, career advancement and emerging market trends and is also Chair of Special Programing and Events at Trulaske College of Business, where he oversees the annual wealth management symposium at the CFA Society and advises young financial professionals into their careers as analysts, advisors and financial managers.

BONNIE HALPER

Bonnie brings over 30 years of marketing experience, business strategy and processes, strategic planning and analysis, branding and public relations within the media in the financial industry as a Senior Advisor at The Terra Fund. She is responsible for forming and overseeing Terra's social impact goals, monitors and advises on corporate governance, strategic direction, financial performance and also advises on operational risk for our long-term growth. Furthermore, Bonnie provides intellectual leadership and is the primary liaison with Terra's board and management to support partnership internally within the team and externally with our service providers to strengthen our progress and expansion. Bonnie is a "Super Connector" in her unique role of consulting to both startups and institutional organizations supporting them with their strategies, presentation materials and websites or talking points, and making introductions to the appropriate people across multiple industries and countries. She has significant experience as a writer and marketing garnered in various capacities, including serving as a copywriter at Bloomingdale's for several years and then moved on to Showtime as a staff writer, where she played a critical role in their goal to make a mark across the cultural landscape with one of the most successful programming lineups in television. Bonnie then made a power move to another media giant, where at BMG she led as a writer and a producer for some of the media's most exclusive business and marketing related content in supporting BMG with their long-term growth. She then served as a marketing consultant for Time Inc., where she helped propel the company into solidifying their position as a leader in creating content across multiple media platforms and life stages in key consumer interest areas, including celebrity, lifestyle, news and sports. To fulfill her long-held desire for starting her own company, Bonnie founded Five Point Networks, a software development company, where they developed Xykast, a two-way video communication platform supporting multiple simultaneous users. Not the one to rest on her oars, and with a passion to directly impact the technology and start-up business space, Bonnie founded AlleyWatch, an online publication covering New York based technology companies and StartupOneStop, a community of start-ups, by start-ups, for start-ups, where Bonnie is also Editor-In-Chief. Bonnie is also a mentor and volunteer at DreamIt Accelerator, a venture fund and growth-focused accelerator for urban-tech, secure-tech and health-tech startups, where the fund invests in start-ups with demonstrable traction and are ready to scale, where she supports start-ups in various capacities, including initiating innovative ideas, raise additional capital, expansion and their long-term goals and further provides start-ups with direct access to enterprise customers, investors, advisors and thought leaders.

David is the President of The Terra Fund, bringing over 15 years of executive leadership, business and financial management, along with pharmaceutical development experience to the team. He provides oversight and technical support to the fund and the advisory board, through strategic planning, portfolio management, collaboration on business plans and evaluating the success of the fund in reaching targeted goals. He oversees the operation of the fund in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans, while making the most impactful decisions, where they can directly improve the long-term growth of sustainability. His extensive knowledge in economics and medical research is beneficial to Terra in finding financial solutions in emerging markets towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. As president and principal inventor at LuTran, he directed a multitude of successful research programs responsible for improving efficiency and safety profiles to prevent, cure and manage the complications of debilitating viral diseases. He has developed multiple drug candidates, based on novel organic chemistries and anti-pathogenic compounds centered on inorganic chemistry with the potential to become breakthrough therapies for animal and human health. Furthermore, LuTran in collaboration with Magee-Womens Research Institute & Foundation are currently in development of a novel anti-HIV compound as a monthly dissolvable vaginal film for HIV therapy and prevention, where there is a critical need for the development of a novel delivery system for women as they account for nearly 50% of the people worldwide who are infected with HIV. David obtained his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of Portsmouth and an MBA from the University of Chichester. David's goal, like Terra's, is to improve humanity and the standard of living by applying science and philanthropy, to create opportunities for communities by progressing impactful results for health, infrastructure, education and environment in a sustainable approach.

DENISE TRAN

As the Controller at The Terra Fund, Denise is responsible for planning, directing and executing accounting and operational functions, along with managing and budgeting the cash flow of operations, and improving cost efficiency to ensure continuous process improvement by optimizing workflow. Her over 20 years of experience in different industry sectors, from real estate, manufacturing and distribution to international importing and exporting, has prepared her to identify investment opportunities in order to meet objectives of investment in terms of relevance, policy impact, quality, capacity building and for the execution of the overall mission of Terra's growth objectives. By establishing contacts, exchanging strategic information with international institutions, Denise leads to an overall identification of the necessary research development. She possesses knowledge and passion in global finance where this helps her in building relationships across different cultures and with different levels of management within brands, regions and functions. Her extensive analytical capabilities in market-driven data research to define market opportunities has been critical to the continued growth at Terra. In supporting the policies at Terra, she is engaged with industry experts, development partners and nongovernmental organizations to gain insights into the technical aspects of investment product distribution, adding to the development of Terra as a socially impactful firm. Furthermore, Denise directs highly complex bookkeeping and accounting issues to identify their root causes, evaluates new policies and procedures for operational and control impact to mitigate financial risk factors for customers and the team within Terra, where this provides progression to advance the roadmap of social impact. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Santa Clara University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Business Management at Harvard University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, yoga and mentoring students with their career paths, providing guidance, motivation and tutoring support.

GIAMPAOLO GALLI

Giampaolo has a highly decorated career as a published economist, academic and executive, with over 40 years of experience, where his expertise includes financial analysis, corporate governance, capital structures, taxation and global economics. As a Senior Advisor at The Terra Fund, Giampaolo advises on economic development in the financial and/or banking industry, analyzes social impact in regional economies and global markets and works with employees at Terra to assess their needs for economic analysis and in social impact programs. Giampaolo has held multiple roles in finance, economics and academia and began his career as an Investigator at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C and then as an Investigator at the Bank of Italy, where he researched the monetary market, performed economic research and interpreted economic forecasts. He then went on to hold the position as Head of the International Department of Studies at the Bank of Italy, where he managed international monetary relations within the European Monetary System, where the system includes most nations of the European Economic Community to prevent large fluctuations of their currencies relative to one another. Furthermore, Giampaolo was Chief Economist for Confindustria, where he performed methodological research, economic analysis, interpreted statistical data for quality and accuracy based on government standards and interacted with national public agencies and private companies. He then went on to become the General Manager of the National Association of Insurance Companies, where he oversaw the social, legal and legislative issues concerning the insurance industry and further developed and promoted the culture of safety and prevention of natural disasters to employees and the general public. He has also represented Italy on the international stage and was on the Monetary Committee of the European Union, Economic Policy Committee of the OECD, the Committee of Substitute of the G10, and has been a Member of the National Institute of Economic Research and Member of the group of Economic Advisors to the President of the European Commission. Giampaolo has also published numerous publications, with topics from fiscal policy, monetary policy, public debt and global economics, where his first publication was Money Market and Foreign Exchange Market in Italy: Notes for the Construction of an Economic Model in the Bank of Italy: Research on Models for Economic Policy and more recent publications, include Tax Expenses and Coverages for the Budget Law and Flat Tax and Fiscal Expenses: A Difficult Balance. Giampaolo graduated with Honors from Bocconi University of Milan with a Bachelor in Political Economy and later attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his Doctorate in Economics, where his research was supervised by Franco Modigilani and Robert Solow, where the research with the Economists, included risk theory, financial systems and global economics. Giampaolo is also currently a Professor of Political Economy at the Catholic University of the Sacred, where he teaches econometrics, monetary policy, economic policy and market globalization of the private and public capital markets.

Over the course of his career, he has showcased his knowledge and technical prowess at a number of notable corporations, including Awais & Company Management and Tax Consultants where he performed large-volume financial and accounting services. By performing various functions including asset, liability and capital account management, value-added tax (VAT) and risk assessment and analysis, he continues to prove himself as a valuable member of our company. His excellent mastery of bookkeeping software has empowered him to accurately perform a variety of support functions, including audit analysis, ensuring professional and accurate representation of fiscal transactions. His excellent communication and interpersonal skills provides the tools necessary for him to effectively intersect and collaborate with other team members at Terra, as well as socially engage with current and potential investors. Kevin is a Senior Portfolio Manager at The Terra Fund, where he utilizes his extensive knowledge, along with his over 25 years of experience in the world of finance in managing large investments, as well as analyzing and forecasting trends in the capital markets. At Terra, his responsibilities include developing and guiding business units relating to portfolios across several different platforms and trading environments, performs fixed income trading, performance measurement, portfolio-level analytics and quantitative finance. His significant experience and expertise in finance bring with him a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in portfolio management, which he provides in-line with Terra's social impact objectives and goals to ensure our long-term growth and expansion. Kevin's senior experience in the financial markets started as a Fixed Income Trader and Investment Officer at the Bank of America, where he was responsible for the analysis and trading of loans, as well as asset-backed and mortgage-backed loans and securities. He then worked in portfolio management, where he began his journey working at Prime Advisors Inc., as a Senior Portfolio Manager, moving to Vanderbilt Capital Advisors as Senior Portfolio Manager Head of Structured Products, then HBK Capital as Senior Portfolio Manager Head of Structured Products and then becoming Managing Director of Structured Products at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC and Aperigon Capital. In the multiple positions Kevin held in portfolio management, he was primarily responsible for defining and developing core strategies, investment and asset selection, risk oversight, platform management, sector evaluation and managed debt capital market teams. Furthermore, Kevin is also a Fixed Income Strategist Structured Products at KRJ Capital Advisors, where his unique understanding and knowledge of the capital markets, as well as his collaborative efforts with other investment specialists has accelerated KRJ's growth in the management of portfolios. His forecasting talent makes him an invaluable analyst to Terra through his ability to create growth in clients' portfolios by the examination of historical and future trends. He brings to Terra a decade of experience assisting startups with established business plans, raise capital, optimize performance and to make prudent investment decisions. His time in the industry has allowed him to gain experience in the creation of financial reports and research documents, business and investment analysis, market research and big data analytics. While serving as an Equity Research Professional and an Investment Banking Analyst, he developed a complex financial model for startups and publicly traded companies which yielded positive results within the individual portfolios. As an Investment Analyst with the Madison Investment Group, he worked with over 100 startups, private businesses and public companies to provide sound and expert knowledge, where they concluded with securing successful funding from investors. As an investment advisor, he analyzes Terra's finances and makes investment suggestions to help create a sound financial plan for the fund, while providing helpful suggestions for investment strategies and performing financial research to inform executives and stakeholders the current state of financial markets and the performance of investments included in the fund. His first-hand experience in making major business decisions and analyzing financial markets provides him with the tools to continue to building our strong reputation at Terra through efficient and stable investment strategies. Milton has a wide range of experience in various industries, with a strong suit in the pharmaceutical industry where he started working with executives from various companies, where his passion and knowledge of the financials behind niche businesses to large corporations, makes him a great resource for many business-related challenges and decisions. His firsthand experience in economics also makes him a trusted and reputable advisor to Terra when seeking trade and industry advice and consultation with simple to complex economic challenges in global economies. The majority of Milton's work experience comes from his 25 year tenure at Novartis, a major healthcare company based in Switzerland, where he has now retired from being the Vice President of Business Development and Licensing and Head of Negotiations. From his extensive experience negotiating major licensing contracts at Novartis, he has gained a strong knowledge and direct experience in contract law, business law and financials matters. At Terra, he also aids in counseling his peers on major legal challenges and questions common to the industry, whether it be regulatory or relating to business functions, including licensing, mergers and acquisitions. Milton's willingness to serve and help the community lead him to volunteer as a consultant for SCORE (mentorship) and LaSalle University Nonprofit Center, as well as assist on the advisory board for pharmaceutical investment organizations, including VOX Telehealth and Biohealthonomics. Milton graduated with an undergraduate degree and later a PhD in Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and was part of the fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi and the honor society of Omicron Delta Epsilon.

The experience and skills Noor has obtained throughout his career have made him an expert in finance with emphasis on emerging markets, supporting economic growth, educational incentives and ecological developments. He first started his career as an intern engineer at Eldas Test and Calibration Center where he tested electronic standards and advised clients on areas of improvements on electrical standards relating to safety. At Akcadag Contractors, a telecommunications company, he was as an electrical and electronics engineer where he contributed to fiber optic communication projects, provided the installation of fiber optics expansion and supported infrastructure to end clients. He transitioned from the engineering sector and into a finance role at Think Technology Consultancy were he advised clients on general advisory on their forex accounts, ranging from forex opportunities, risk management, growth potential and new strategies. Noor through financial consultancy, has also consulted on economic and financial analysis, financial systems data, equity research and with a combination of engineering and financial experience, he joined the finance team as an analyst due to his ability to contribute to Terra's mission. Noor was born and raised in Kenya and obtained his undergraduate degree at Middle East Technical University (METU) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, where he focused on electronic designs, telecommunications and electrical applications. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) for The Terra Fund, he monitors daily trading activities, manages the complete fund pipeline with service providers to ensure efficiency in the financial markets and oversees our annual impact reports for Terra. Furthermore, Richard designs and implements business strategies, establishes guidelines to promote impact and vision with performance and growth, and more importantly, empowers the team at Terra and our partners to serve our purpose of a social impact company for a persistent focus on eliminating poverty and promoting prosperity. Richard was formerly at Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley Wealth Management) as a Senior Trader, where he performed value analysis, monitored news stream, macroeconomic fundamentals and formulated trading strategies in determining limitations, investment goals and risk tolerance. His trading experience continued at Ladenburg Thalmann, where he served as Trading Manager and specialized in investment banking and financial products and was further responsible for equity products applying various trading strategies with a focus on fundamental and economic analysis. He was then Managing Director of Capital Markets at NASDAQ, where his duties included compliance of regulations set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission, overseeing management of the capital markets to ensure quality control within the company's policies and regulations and performing the direction of due diligence in operational and management decisions. Additionally, Richard is Co-Founder at the ETF BILD (Business Insights & Leadership Discussion) Project, where the forum provides a platform for business leaders, managers and ETF professionals to have an ongoing and open discussion on how leaders in the field are solving problems, the employment of business and operational strategies, the outlook for the current and future marketplace and the lessons learned throughout the industry. Serving as The Terra Fund's Director of Legal Affairs, Rosa is an acclaimed attorney and the organization's subject matter expert in the areas of finance, SEC law and e-commerce. Her expertise in finance and SEC law has allowed Rosa to become an invaluable resource to Terra for all of the organization's legal queries regarding finance and securities. Rosa's role is to advise the organization regarding the risks and legal issues of the organizational strategies as they affect the organization's function, thus allowing leadership to make informed strategic risk assessments. Her understanding of both the law and SEC is a combination giving her an edge in her ability to understand the changing needs of the financial industry, as well as handle any future organizational legal issues which may occur pertaining to securities law. Rosa's legal expertise utilizes her knowledge of SEC law to ensures all appropriate disclosures are signed, as well as ensuring all the employees maintain their fiduciary duties. Prior to joining Terra, Rosa ran her own legal consulting company, allowing her to assist entrepreneurs in successfully starting online businesses, including the basics of creating an online store to handling international sales and trade agreements. Because of her previous experience as a legal consultant, she is extremely well versed in both trademark law and issues pertaining to industry copyright. As well, Rosa walked countless startups through the legal tangles of financing, funding and building a robust portfolio to sustain long-term growth and success. In Rosa's previous experience, she was an associate at McAloon and Friedman, a full-range legal service provider specializing in malpractice defense, liability and general negligence litigation. While with McAloon and Friedman, she assisted in all aspects of discovery, including taking a primary role in conducting depositions, meeting with clients and also making appearances in court for conferences and official motions. Rosa's time with McAloon and Friedman found her working closely with the finance industry, ensuring the proper malpractice insurance payout was being provided to the firm's clients. Rosa received her law degree from the Interamerican University School of Law, where she was a Law Review member and was a regular contributor to the annual Law Review publication. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and earned the honor of magna cum laude, from the University of Carolina. Rosa's education includes international experience with her degree in Criminal Justice; she studied abroad in International Law at the University of Communications in Beijing. As a business entrepreneur with a concrete vision on improving the future of the medical industry, her talents are centered on the ability to innovate new concepts, communicate effectively, and negotiate with potential prospects to establish research solutions and investment opportunities. She provides clear direction and focus for Terra, helping to nurture our corporate identity and goals. As a leader in project management, clinical studies and professional development, she has become a valuable asset consulting with corporations, institutions and philanthropists. The goal of her efforts allows her to secure funding for research and development programs designed to propel domestically and emerging economies. With a network of allies and partners nurtured through years of scientific studies, publications and services rendered for healthcare research, she continues to expand Terra's presence internationally. Being fluent in both English and Hungarian permits her to effectively collaborate amongst diverse teams globally, accelerating new investment prospects, develop environmentally friendly practices and research opportunities. After receiving her Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in chemical engineering and computational approaches for early phase drug discovery at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics; she went on to complete her postdoctoral training in biochemistry, genetics and molecular biology at Albert Szent-Györgyi Medical University in Hungary. While at school, she received a Master of Science in Chemistry, focused on computational approaches, along with a Master of Science in Molecular Biology. Timea's extensive experience in business management and software development allows her to apply her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences to drive research and software development programs, while remaining focused on health promotion and disease prevention supporting the global emerging markets.

She is Senior Advisor at The Terra Fund, where she works towards developing workable solutions, implementation of financial analysis strategies and effective principles creating positive change in emerging markets, while ensuring consistent approaches to partner engagement and development efforts. Through working with a cross functional group of business partners and service providers, her ability to utilize the power of imagination and creativity has contributed significantly to the achievement of environmental, governance and social impact goals at Terra. Tyler began her career working as an Account Executive at KOIN-TV CBS Portland where she functioned as a marketing consultant, creative networker and public relations, where in the same period, she was an Executive Producer at Weddings Portland Style, where she oversaw hiring, organizing and managing television production. She then proceeded to work in Human Not Hollywood Productions, Digital Force, Eminent Retreat, There Is No Sky and Out To Launch, and through these different organizations, some of which she founded or co-founded, where she was able to gain the expertise, with which she now has significant experience in strategic planning, project management, implementation of innovative ideas and close collaboration with business and thought leaders. Furthermore, Tyler founded PNACL, a team of creatives brought together to create innovations to impact humanity for generations to come, where their vision is a future where start-ups can come together and solve some of the biggest issues in the world. She is also a member at Top Tier Impact, where the group includes investors, professionals and entrepreneurs partnering and collaborating with the common goal of solving the most pressing issues of our generation by accelerating the mainstream adoption of impact and sustainability as the way of investing and running companies on a global scale. Tyler majored in Theater at Roger Williams University, where she was on the Dean's List, Rock Climbing Team and provided Peer Tutoring and went on to obtain a certification in Korean Language and Culture, where she was on the USMC Soccer Team and was the USMC Squad Leader.
