Alan has 30 years' funding experience with the last 20 years working specifically in the transportation sector.
Prior to joining Paragon, Alan spent 4 years with Hampshire Trust Bank's asset finance division, joining at its entrance and working specifically in the broker introduction space. Alan has worked on both sides of the desk as a broker and now for a lender, so has a real appreciation of what is required to deliver the service levels needed.
My career in finance started at Barclays Bank where I spent nearly 20 years, before moving onto Close Brothers Business Finance. I've joined Paragon from Haydock Finance, where I was a Regional Broker Manager.
Chris joined us in January 2021 from JCB Finance where he was able to build on his specialist knowledge of the construction sector. Prior to that, he worked in the manufacturing team at Close Brothers.
I have spent many years in the industry. My financial career started at First National Bank, followed by Siemens Financial Services and then I spent 16 years at Lombard.
Craig joined the team in February 2022 to focus on non-regulated funding within the LCV supply chain.
He has 23 years' experience in the finance and leasing sector in a variety of roles ranging from direct sales within a broker to business development roles for Northridge, BNP and Deutsche Leasing funding a wide range of hard and soft assets. Having worked for lenders, in direct sales and as a broker Craig has a good understanding of what is required to deliver market leading service levels.

Prior to joining Paragon, Dale held senior management roles at Sovereign Leasing, Lex Transfleet, GE Capital, HSBC, Lombard, and Soc Gen.
Darren has 25 years' experience in ‘wheeled' asset finance, with a long history linked to Transport and Logistics.
He understands what is needed to support business in this sector having worked previously for an independent specialist transport brokerage. Darren specialises in developing structured transactions, working with Operating Leases, agency and undisclosed products. He works with direct customers, vendors, manufacturers and transport specialist broker introducers.
I'm joining Paragon from Walbrook Asset Finance Ltd, where I was a Broker Manager, prior to that I worked at Bank of London and The Middle East where I managed a portfolio of leasing connections. I've also held various roles at The Co-operative Bank PLC.
My financial career started at NatWest as a Customer Advisor, followed by 10 years at RBS doing various roles including Private Banking Manager, Business Specialist followed by 4 years at Lombard as a Relationship manager which is where my Asset Finance journey started. I then went onto worked for Simply Asset Finance followed by Dawson Group for a couple of years. I joined Paragon in March 2022.
Henry joined Paragon in 2018 from CAT Finance where he spent three years developing his knowledge of the sector.
His background has led him to specialise in securing finance for yellow plant, but he has experience of funding new and used construction equipment and machinery of all sizes.

I have worked at Paragon for 3 years within the broker arena, helping support a wide range of funding requirements for SME's. This included government backed facilities such as BBLS, CBILS & RLS.
A specialist in new business development, Jamie joined the team in January 2022 to work with manufacturer HGV and LCV dealer groups in the North of England and Wales.
He joins Paragon from Mistral Group, where he was Regional Sales Manager, and has developed a broad career in commercial and vehicle finance for the likes of PEAC.
Kelly joined the team in January 2021 and has over nine years of experience working in the construction finance industry, supporting broker, vendor and dealer relationships at Societe Generale Equipment Finance and BNP Paribas.

Mark has 29 years' asset funding experience in the transport and construction sectors. He specialises in the Recovery and Waste Management sector, has specification and body build knowledge and works with dealer groups, direct customers and transport specialist broker introducers. He is an expert in refinance and structured funding consultation.
I'm joining Paragon from White Oak, where I was a Business Development Manager and gained valuable experience as a broker. Prior to that I worked at Bibby Leasing Limited as a broker manager, I've also held positions in direct sales at Close Brothers and Renaissance Asset Finance. Since entering the industry, I have worked extensively with leading businesses and has gained invaluable experience and understanding of brokers' needs and day-to-day client facing activities.
I started out working in finance for Bank of Scotland in the Motor division. After two and a half years I left to join Lombard, based just outside Southampton, where I stayed for 18 years. I spent a short amount of time with Close Brother's Transport Division, before working as a Broker for a company based in Bournemouth. Upon leaving the brokerage I worked at Simply for a few months, before joining Paragon in August 2019.
Our Head of Construction, Terry Lloyd, has 25 years of asset funding experience and has specialised in Construction since 1999. Before joining Paragon in 2015, Terry worked in the Construction Teams at Bank of Ireland, Bank of Scotland and Five Arrows Group, spending several years as National Sales Manager of Komatsu Finance.
Terry is also appointed ISP Representative of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors.
Todd has 14 years' experience within the sector. He joined Paragon in March 2021 from Komatsu Finance where he developed his specialist knowledge of construction.
Prior to his last role, Todd worked at RBS Group within the asset finance team as a senior relationship manager across various sectors.
Tracey has a well-established career spanning over 30 years. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge within the Construction and Crane sectors, developing and building long term relationships with SME businesses direct, as well as dealers and vendors alike.
Yolande joined Paragon in June 2022.
Previously with Wes bank SA she's a specialist in new business development and account growth in the dealer group world. With Yolande at the helm in the South of England and Wales there are several new major dealer group agreements now in place and the opportunity for growth over the next few years.
