Andy serves on the construction management team for Highpoint. He previously served as Project Manager for New South Construction, managing all aspects of construction phases for various projects. Andy is OSHA 30-Hour Certified and GSWCC NPDES Blue Card Certified.
Andy is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Construction. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, carpentry, and being on the water any chance he gets.

Chris McGuire is a member of the Development team at Highpoint. Chris has over 12 years of Construction experience from a combination of General Contracting, Construction Management, and Development. Prior to joining Highpoint, Chris was a Senior Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) on their Professional Development Services (PDS) - Development team, where he managed an array of multiple project types and team members from project conception to project completion. His last project, Chris held the role of Project Executive for a $200mm+ Senior Living project. Chris also spent 8 years as a General Contractor building different asset types, equipping him with the knowledge and skill set to be able to successfully run a project under budget and on schedule.
Chris is a graduate of Georgia Southern with a B.S. in Construction Management with emphasis in Commercial Construction.

Drew is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Previously, Drew was a Director at RaceTrac Inc., where he gained valuable experience working on over 150 commercial retail development projects across the Southeast. His areas of expertise include site design, entitlements, permitting, and construction.
Drew is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
Elizabeth oversees the asset management platform at Highpoint. In her role, she focuses on maximizing asset performance, overseeing property management operations, managing equity relationships and asset dispositions.
Elizabeth brings over 15 years of experience in residential, retail and office developments. Most recently she spent 5 years at RangeWater Real Estate focused on leading lease ups throughout the Southeast, Texas, and Colorado. She began her career in accounting before moving into asset management.
Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting. She enjoys volunteering for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and is active on the board of the Peachtree Hills neighborhood association and the Atlanta Junior League. She resides intown Atlanta with her husband, Aaron.
Hannah coordinates all office administration functions for Highpoint. Prior to joining Highpoint, she worked as a conference coordinator for Hunter Hotel Advisors assisting with marketing and vendor management for their annual investment conference and providing support to the firm's brokerage team.
Hannah graduated with a BBA in Hospitality Administration and Marketing from Georgia State University. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and spending time with friends and family.

Jack is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Previously, Jack worked for Lincoln Property Company, where he gained valuable experience and expertise in multifamily development and acquisitions throughout the Southeast.
Jack is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A in Economics and a Minor in Spanish. Jack is actively involved in the community and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Jackie Derico-Welborn is an accounting team member for Highpoint. She is responsible for partnership accounting as well as assisting with cash management and financial reporting. Prior to joining Highpoint, Jackie worked as a Senior Property Accountant for Homeowners Advantage LLC and Novare Group and has over 17 years of accounting experience in Condo's, Multi-family, Townhomes and Retail entities.
Jackie has a BBA Degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Jon is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Prior to joining Highpoint, Jon was a Senior Project Manager at RaceTrac Inc. where he was responsible for managing entitlements, site design, and permitting for over 40 open commercial developments across the Southeast.
Jon is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Kern is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Prior to joining Highpoint, Kern spent time on the development team at Rangewater Real Estate and as an analyst with the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Atlanta.
Kern holds a B.S in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler. Outside of work Kern enjoys playing golf, skiing, watching football, and spending time with friends and family.

Luke is a member of the development team at Highpoint. Prior to joining Highpoint, he was a Senior Project Manager at Alston Construction where he managed design/build industrial projects from both the pre-construction and operational sides of business. He was also a member of the development team at RaceTrac Inc. where he gained valuable problem-solving experience on nearly 150 retail development projects across the Southeast. With over 15 years of construction and development management experience, Luke has served on projects from site selection to turn over from the unique perspectives of the Developer, General Contractor, and Tenant.
Luke has a BS in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University / Southern Polytechnic.

Mary Bourne is an accounting team member at Highpoint. She is responsible for cash management and partnership accounting and reporting. Prior to joining Highpoint Mary was Accounting Manager at Novare Group. Mary has experience with development and operations of Multifamily, Commercial, Retail and land entities. Her diverse background in all facets of real estate accounting make her an integral part of the Highpoint team.
Mary has a BS Degree in Management from Virginia Tech.

Rolf is a member of the Development Team at Highpoint. Prior to joining Highpoint, he worked in Commercial Real Estate at Truist, where he focused mainly on underwriting and portfolio management of multifamily assets.
Rolf is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance. He is actively involved in the community and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Sam McArthur is responsible for a broad range of transaction, financing, development and asset management activities. Prior to joining Highpoint, Sam worked at Nuveen Real Estate and Voya Investment Management where he was responsible for originating debt and equity across all major real estate asset classes.
Sam is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Highpoint, Stephen Bates worked for Toll Brothers Apartment Living for 6 years where he served as the Director of Acquisitions and Development for the Atlanta and Nashville Metro Areas. While with Toll Brothers, Stephen acquired seven development sites for a total of 1,835 units and a total development value of $825 million. With over 10 years of experience in the Multifamily Cconstruction and Development Industry, Stephen has been involved in the entitlement, development and construction of over 5,835 apartments throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Mr. Bates served as the Manager of Development at TriBridge Residential where he led new multifamily and mixed-use projects from North Carolina to Florida. Prior to that, Mr. Bates served as a Project Manager at Alliance Residential Company, where he focused on construction projects in Atlanta and Florida.
Mr. Bates holds a BA degree in Economics with an emphasis in Housing from the University of Georgia.
