Don Craw is a founding partner of Transformative Sacred Dialogues, a spiritual director/supervisor, ordained pastor, reconciliation coach and entrepreneur.
Following 25 years, as a banker and financial broker, Don's ministry experience since 1998 includes small groups, discipleship, pastoral care, leadership training, church planting and coaching churches in need of reconciliation and a renewed vision. Since 2012, Don has focused on providing spiritual direction/supervision and creative group formation exercises/partnerships for individuals, churches, denominations, Christian organizations and missions through one on one sessions, teaching modules, workshops and online discussions.
As an agent of change in business and ministry, Don's relational character, willingness to always be present and commitment to engage in sacred dialogues has provided creative solutions to complex situations. These results are invaluable to individuals and organizations discerning the next step in their relationship with Christ and what needs to be developed to manage the way forward.
