TRIBAL TECHNOLOGY

We serve tribal nations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. We develop policy, conduct research, convene partners, provide technical assistance, maintain relations with federal and state agencies and bridge with industry groups... The project partners, native and non-native are uniquely situated for developing training and outreach programs targeted to the underrepresented Native communities on or off the reservation. Our team has been working together for over 10 years to address the lack of technology resources in native communities and we have a short and long strategy to fill the gaps in Tribal Technology development. From these vulnerable populations to the people who are simply not familiar with technology, our partners (corporate, trainers, teachers, librarians) will maintain an essential role in assuring that the intended recipients benefit from technology training programs and succeed...
