Jacelyn Young has been passionate about dogs and the science behind training for as long as she can recall. She has worked professionally with dogs for over half of a decade, dedicating long days and nights to helping others, while still learning and competing with her personal dogs in many canine-oriented sports. Under the guidance of mentors around North America, she made the jump to combine her love for entrepreneurship and her love for dog training to create True North. Her favorite part of dog training is the foundation for not only communication between two species, but also how we communicate with other people. Jacelyn aims to deconstruct behaviors into easy-to-understand building blocks to create a limitless foundation for training, that is easily replicated and understood fluently by not only other professionals, but the hobbyist and owner as well.
