Derek Spratt - CEO, Chairman

Erin Campbell

Erin is a capital markets expert with over two decades of hands-on experience in corporate finance. Her focus is providing strategic advice to CEOs and senior leadership teams in growth-focused public and private companies that wish to shift away from entrepreneur and sub-market capital and into senior private or public equity. In 2019, Erin was appointed Partner at Raiven Capital's Silicon Valley-Canada Cross Border Fund, a role in which she connects Raiven's technology fund with compelling investments. Erin has particular expertise in projects requiring complex financing solutions, including off-take and multi-lateral government banking group investments. She has developed key relationships with global technology stakeholders including manufacturing and financial groups, and from 2010 to 2015, she led a multi-national and multi-disciplinary team to finance and develop a major cobalt mine in Russia. In 2011, Erin was recognized by Business in Vancouver's "40 under 40 Award" for her outstanding accomplishments as a young CEO. Active in Canadian politics since her youth, Erin has managed and advised campaigns and leadership races at all levels of government. She has served on the staff of federal and provincial cabinet ministers and political leaders, including the BC's Leader of the Opposition the Canada's Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs and Minister of National Defence. Erin splits her time between Edmonton, Alberta and Vancouver, BC. She is Chair of the Canada-Eurasia Russia Business Association.

Evelyn Bailey

Evelyn Bailey, ICD.D, has over 30 years of experience working in the IT industry for IBM in numerous capacities. She has worked in support of the BC Government, Bell Canada, and most recently Scotiabank, driving double-digit growth by transforming business through leveraging IT capabilities. By aligning financial objectives with talent and collaboration with partners Ms. Bailey has led complex turnarounds for multi-billion dollar IBM divisions - Storage, Systems (Mainframe, UNIX/AIX), and Data & AI. Jim Lovie

In 1999, Johan received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). In 2009, Johan also started Rocket Networks, an Internet Service Provider business, and sold it to TeliPhone Navigata in 2014.

Nicky Kearns

Graduated in Engineering, in his native Dublin, Nicky took on a wide and varied career from TV broadcasting to fiber and satellite system, from TDM to IP, and from support, project management, and sales engineering in three countries on two continents. Most recently, he had a 20-year career at Cisco Systems working on most of the solution sets Cisco offers and with some of the largest enterprises in the world, alongside partners and service providers. Following Cisco, Nicky was a co-founder and COO of Turnium, building up the SD-WAN as a Service offering in the Canadian market. Nicky, in his spare time, is an avid Liverpool FC fan and loves to ride bicycles and motorbikes whenever he can, alongside many other hobbies and volunteering.

Peter Green

Peter Green is an accomplished telecommunications executive and sales leader with a career spanning over three decades in the UK and Canada. Peter initiated and led the negotiation of a $1 billion contract with the province of British Columbia, representing the then-largest commercial transaction in TELUS history.

Ralph Garcea

Remi Gagnon
