Venture Homes Construction, LLC is a family run business that takes pride in developing a relationship with each homeowner. The first step in working with VHC is to personally meet with our owner, John Lancaster, where you will discuss what you would like in your new home... Venture Homes is a North Carolina Limited Partnership formed by principal, John Lancaster. John's love for homebuilding led him to begin land development and residential construction in the Raleigh area in 1997 where he developed over 30 subdivisions of single family and multi-family homes. In addition to these projects, John became active in the Wilmington commercial construction scene. In 2000, John completed a number of spec homes throughout Wilmington including over 20 residences in the Landfall community. Venture Homes looks forward to developing more custom homes in the future... John, Austin, Eddie, and Letty personally work with you at every stage of the building process from the beginning until the day..
