Social Development has emerged as a fast-growing sector in the last decades of the 20th Century. Voluntary Social Work, Voluntarism, Voluntary Organizations, and NGOs have tremendously grown in this phase. There is a growing need for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) throughout the world to be more effective and productive because they relentlessly work for social causes and even can approach there where Government or any other Government Agency can't think to reach. An NGO is a citizen-based association that operates usually to serve some social purpose.
