Bob Cattanach has been advising and assisting landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of office properties with sale, purchase and lease transactions since 1986. He has served in a variety of brokerage and advisory capacities for some of Kansas City's most prominent properties and tenants.
For eleven years Bob managed leasing at the 2.2 million square foot Corporate Woods Office Park in Overland Park, KS . Prior to that he represented J C Nichols, UMB and DST in the leasing of various properties. More recently he worked on Waterford Property Company's leasing team for the Tower Properties Company 10 building office portfolio in Johnson County, KS, 900,000 square foot Southlake Office Park in Lenexa, KS, 450,000 square foot Briarcliff Office Park in Kansas City, MO and 400,000 square foot Cloverleaf Office Park in Overland Park, KS.
Bob's experience in representing tenants and buyers includes Northwestern Mutual, Tortoise Ecofin, VantEdge, Foulston Siefkin law firm, Cunningham Properties, Rau Construction, and Midwest Transplant Network.
Bob has led as President the 12,000 member Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, and served on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity and the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce.
A principal of Waterford Property Company since the company's inception in 2002, Chuck has been active in the commercial real estate industry in Kansas City since 1995. Chuck's innovative and focused approach has led to over 650 transactions with a total transaction value in excess of $600 million.
Chuck's clients include The Alexander Company, Hines, Oaktree, Tower Properties, The Woodbury Corporation, Replica, Argus Consulting and Levy & Craig.
Chuck was named the 1996 Rooke Salesperson of the Year and the 2005 Salesperson of the Year by the Kansas City Metropolitan Board of Realtors and is a past board member for the Kansas City CCIM, Chapter.
Chuck coached soccer, baseball and basketball for over ten years and has held leadership positions in his church. Chuck is currently in involved with the Kansas City Navigators Group, investing in one-on-one in discipleship and serving as the Scholarship Chair for SIOR. Chuck has and his wife, Tracy, have been married for 28 years and have an adult son, a daughter in college and a son in high school.
As office manager, Debby brings years of varied and valuable experience to Waterford Property Company. A nine-year Navy veteran with a background in journalism, Debby has also served as a technical writer for Sprint PCS, provided faculty support and marketing assistance for the University of Phoenix's Hawaii campus and Southern California campus, and been a SIOR Development Day conference coordinator.
She is both a licensed real estate salesperson and a licensed notary public, providing an unparalleled level of support to Waterford's clients.
Lauren Cattanach has been advising and assisting landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of office properties with sale and lease transactions since 2009.
Lauren continues to represent Tower Properties, Cloverleaf Office Park as well as other local Landlords. In the past she assisted with the 400,000 square foot Briarcliff Office Park in Kansas City.
Matthew joined Waterford Property Company after earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Denver and subsequently receiving his salesperson licenses for both Kansas and Missouri.
Since 2020, Matthew has been assisting tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in sales and leasing, working to ensure smooth transactions for his clients.
Matthew also manages 54,000 square feet of office and retail space across 11 different leases throughout the Kansas City MSA.
The Co-Founder of Waterford Property Company, LLC, Ned has over 30 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. During that time, his firm has co-invested, (re)developed, acquired, managed, leased and sold over 20 million square feet.
Ned's clients and acquisition partners have included local high net worth individuals and institutional investors including Hines and Oaktree Capital.
Ned has served on a number of local advisory boards and boards of directors, including Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors, Children's TLC Board of Directors, President of the Kansas City Chapter of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR), Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Rockhurst University Helzberg School of Management Board of Directors, Vice Chair of the Housing Authority of Kansas City Board of Directors, Johnson County, Kansas Appraiser's Advisory Committee, Trustee of the St. Luke's Hospital Foundation, Bank of Oklahoma Kansas City Metro Market Advisory Board and the Police Foundation of Kansas City, Missouri.
Ned is married to his wife, Kathryn, for 32 years, and they have two adult children.
