I believe in the world where the customer will be presented with the right information about the product which will evoke a delight and positive reaction in a shopper, enabling fast and smooth purchasing experience... To coach a client on what their customers really want. I do this by providing the client with the most accurate assessment of their data and the website content, by comparing client's website product info against their customer's feedback. I present the client with competitive benchmarking info (i.e. standing in the relevant market), gap analysis and website health-check results and solutions to improve their backend processes, enhance their AI algorithms, optimize utilization of their resources and improve business strategy in order to maximize customer's interactivity, conversions and click-through rates.
