Our founder, Lakia Robertson, has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. Having once worked as a CNA and understanding the work load, the stress, and the feeling of being unappreciated. Our company prides ourselves in making sure our CNA's feel appreciated and valued. We offer high pay rates and weekly pay. There are a variety of positions available in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
Lakia Robertson started We Shine Healthcare Resources in February 2019 to fill a need for consistent and exceptional care. She began her career as a home health aide, next as a CNA, and currently works as a full-time nurse. Through the years, firsthand accounts of healthcare counterparts who felt underappreciated were difficult to ignore. Frequent staff shortages while working in nursing homes, schools, private homes, behavioral health, children, and adult residential facilities became harder to overlook. Ms. Robertson wanted to lead a team that would exceed expectations and build a network of practitioners who cared about the quality of service given on every shift. We Shine Healthcare Resources was founded on the idea that when the staff is happy, they do exceptional work - and that's what you'll find with our agents.
