Job Titles:
- EVP - Theater & Technical Operations
Damian was named Cinemark's EVP of Theater Technology and Operations in July 2021. He has over 30 years of experience in the exhibition industry, with expertise in field operations, information technology and theater technology.
David was named SVP of Food and Beverage in 2023 and assumed leadership of the department in April 2024. He has 25 years of varying industry experience spanning multiple exhibitors and functions. He joined Cinemark's corporate office in 2016 where he has developed expertise in food and beverage, merchandising and digital optimization strategies.

- EVP - Real Estate & Construction
Jay was named EVP of Real Estate and Construction in 2020 after serving more than 20 years in Cinemark real estate. Over his tenure, Jay has been instrumental in the company's growth by securing new build locations for theater growth, acquisitions, and strategic management of our domestic real estate portfolio. Prior to Cinemark, Jay spent over a decade in the retail development, ownership and brokerage side of the real estate business.
Melissa was named Cinemark's CFO in 2021. Prior to Cinemark, she served in multiple leadership roles with Groupon, including CFO, CAO and Treasurer, and VP Commercial Finance. Before Groupon, she held a diverse range of senior finance positions within Surgical Care Affiliates and Orbitz following her early career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mike has been with Cinemark for nearly three decades, serving as Cinemark's General Counsel since 1997 and Associate General Counsel prior to his promotion. In his time with the company, Mike has helped guide Cinemark through various transactions, including M&A, our IPO and numerous lending agreements.
Sean was named Cinemark CEO in January 2022. Prior to that, he served as Cinemark's CFO since 2014, CFO & COO since 2018 and President since 2021. Sean has more than 15 years of industry experience, including the five years he spent as CFO/EVP of Universal Pictures within NBC Universal. Prior to NBC Universal, Sean served in varying roles with growing responsibility at General Electric.

Sid was named EVP of Human Resources in 2021 following several years in HR leadership at Cinemark. Prior to joining the company in 2016, Sid held multiple global positions with General Electric and The Coca Cola Company spanning nearly 20 years.
Valmir has nearly 30 years of Cinemark experience, including the past 16 years as President of International following 10 years as the General Manager of Cinemark Brazil. Valmir has significant operating experience and expertise in navigating the unique Latin American theatrical exhibition landscape.

Wanda was named Cinemark's EVP and Global Chief Marketing & Content Officer in July 2021 after serving as the company's EVP and Global CMO since 2018. Before joining Cinemark, Wanda was CMO for Neiman Marcus Group; President and CEO of TravelSmith; and CMO of Limited Brands, among other leadership roles in the retail space.
