The versatility of our basic modules allows almost unlimited configurations and layouts, giving a wide opportunity of space standards. Typically based on ISO 40ft (12912mm), 30ft (9125mm), 20ft (6058mm) and 10ft (2991mm) modular lengths, and the 8ft (2438mm) width standards, the ingenuity of our structural solution gives us such flexibility that we can produce room widths and lengths from 2.2metres to 12 metres. Alternative width modules are available (for example 3000mm), but the building specifier should be aware that different transportation (wide-loads) constraints apply in different countries, and there may be access issues around specific site locations... Our standard model works for up to 5 storeys, our enhanced model is used up to 11 storeys, and our hybrid model works up to 18 storeys at present.
