leads DataPath's efforts in creating and maintaining customer confidence, and driving corporate growth by providing end-to-end solutions that enable successful mission execution. He has extensive experience with organizational growth as a Business Development, Strategy, and P&L executive in the defense and government markets. Prior to joining DataPath, he served as the Vice President of Products at SAIC (formerly Engility), and held leadership positions at Cubic (formerly DTECH Labs) and L3HARRIS (formerly L3 Technologies). Barry is a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

As DataPath's SVP and Chief Operating Officer, Brad supports the company as it expands in scale and continues its focus on quality and efficiency. Brad has a broad base of responsibilities including engineering and technology, processes and quality, information systems, supply chain, program management, logistics, technical services, and customer care. A satellite-industry veteran, Majeres brings extensive leadership experience to DataPath, having previously served as a business line general manager and head of engineering, program management, and operations at organizations including ViaSat, General Dynamics, and Scientific Atlanta. Brad is a proud graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and has devoted his career to innovation and excellence in the satellite communications industry.

Carter Johnson serves as DataPath's SVP and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining DataPath, he was an SVP of Finance with Meggitt. Additionally, he was the Senior Finance Officer of Barco's Aerospace and Defense Division for five years. His previous experience includes leadership roles in several technology and software firms with responsibilities in Finance, Technology, Project Management, Procurement, and Business Operations.
David McDonald has more than 35 years of experience in the electronics and communications industry, primarily in the satellite communication sector. He co-founded DataPath in 1996, growing the company to prominence as one of the industry's largest satellite communications ground system providers with over 5,000 remote SATCOM terminals deployed around the world. David has served as its President, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning and its initial Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He returned to DataPath as its Executive Chairman when the company was reacquired from Rockwell Collins in 2014.
