David is the Managing Director of Walker Mower, and has been heading the company since its reformation into its current form back in 2011. Before this, David worked as an Engineer up to Design Manager and then Associate at a previous large design consultancy, running the day-to-day aspects of staff, programming and close liaison with clients. David is also the Technical Director of KWisdom Developments, overseeing all the day-to-day operations of the company as well as assisting with any enquiries and site matters which require his attention.
David has many years of experience working in the building industry. At the start of his career, David worked in structural engineering as a CAD designer, before advancing his career by joining Berkeley Homes' Planning Department. He then joined a pre-fabricated heating/plumbing manufacturing company, running the design team for a number of years, where he took a college national and higher national certificate. David specialises in all aspects of mechanical and electrical Building Services commercially and residentially, including civil drainage and statutory authorities.
David also has close contact with all contractors' right through the construction stage for all projects liaising with the subcontractors to the clients. He has vast experience of managing on site projects and surveying services, including boiler plant room replacements and ventilation renewal, pharmaceutical and research facilities on-site management and supervising day-to-day aspects of installation works.

Emma has been with KWisdom Developments since its former incarnation as far back as 2011, working closely with the company Directors. Emma works daily with the MD on business development, and manages fee enquiries and diary management to ensure that everything works smoothly as it can. Emma has an ILEX (Institute of Legal Executives) Diploma, and is qualified in Business Administration and Office Organisation. Emma is also fluent in modern technology, allowing her to easily understand external client extranet sites when required. She also arranges and takes part in any and all in-house training.
Emma's kind and friendly manor is among the first things you'll get to meet when you visit KWisdom Developments, whether in person or by telephone. Her attitude is always positive and her invigorating promise to assist anyone who asks for help is refreshing and assuring. Emma will always go the extra mile to ensure that things are handled properly and with the due care and attention they deserve. She is an integral part of the team, working hard to ensure the business is kept afloat.
Emma's knowledge of the construction industry is relentless; built on a combination of her immense understanding and experience of working under the directors, and there are no questions pitched which she won't answer. Emma is a reliable and valued member of the KWisdom Developments team - and she makes a blinding cup of tea!
Helen formally joined the Vitech Services team roster in early 2020, taking over and managing all financial duties alongside the admin team. Helen is AAT qualified and has years of experience within the industry, having worked at a large design consultancy prior to joining Vitech Services.
Helen is always extremely helpful and will always go the extra mile to ensure things are done precisely and properly. In her first year at KWisdom Developments, she has already streamlined the way the company finances are processed and managed, and has built relationships with a number of our clients. Helen is always willing to assist with any issues a client might have and will deal with it in a professional and punctual manor.
Working across all four companies within the KWisdom Holdings group, Helen oversees all aspects of the financial accounting including management accounting, budgeting and project cost management.

Keith Wisdom is a name synonymous with the building services and construction industry Keith has over 50 years of experience in Building Services, having worked for hundreds of different clients up and down the country. Keith is an extremely well-known and highly respected and valued figure in the industry, who's work ethic and enthusiasm toward any project or development he is tasked with knows no bounds. He always goes above and beyond to ensure customer and client satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to ensure projects are designed and built correctly and efficiently.
Keith formed the KWisdom Holdings Group in 2019 after the successful sale of his previous company, Whitecode Design Associates. He also formed a small side company named KWisdom Consulting, of which he is the Managing Director, which is designated to assisting some of his long standing industry clients with their important and often times fundamental issues within their developments. There pertain to all aspects of the Building Services industry, including mechanical and electrical, drainage ground works, and fire prevention and protection of properties both existing and newly constructed. Keith offers his services to KWisdom Developments as the Joint Managing Director. He has been assisting with the company since its initial formation under its previous name, back in 2011.
Keith formed Whitecode Design Associates in 1994 and chaired it as the Managing Director for the following 25 years. Prior to this, Keith worked at a pre-fabricated heating and plumbing manufacturing company, of which he was the Managing Director. During Keith's manufacturing experience, he invented and patented many of the products used across the industry today.
Keith is a Fellow of the Institute of Domestic Heating & Environmental Engineers (FIDHE) and is also an Affiliated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE). Keith has extensive knowledge of building control matters and British Standard requirements, smoke extract systems, ventilation requirements, sprinkler design, we and dry risers and all other mechanical and electrical installations within a development.

Rae joined KWisdom Developments' sister company, Vitech Services, back in May of 2017 as temporary cover for reception, but by July was seated firmly in her administration role after it became clear she was a much needed addition to the team. Rae has over 25 years experience working in health and social care before a career change; an attribute which has helped immensely in her ability to build relationships with some of the company's key customers and clients. Rae also has qualifications in IT and assessing roles, including record keeping and computer data management. During her time with Vitech, she was also enrolled in an ECDL course of which she passed with flying colours.
Now working with KWisdom Developments, Rae is one of the first voices you will hear when phoning into the company, acting as front line of all inbound calls. Her friendly and positive manner never fails to put a smile on the faces of those phoning in, putting their minds to rest at knowing Rae will always work solidly and proactively to ensure no stone is left unturned in relation to their problem or query. Rae has built fantastic relationships with some of Developments' key clients over the years, including those at Keir Homes and Barratt London, many of whom will personally ask for her when phoning into the business. Rae has an impeccable capacity to keep calm under stress, which is an imperatively important part of dealing with the public. Rae will always handle any incoming call with the utmost care and respect they deserve, and find the most productive and sensible solution to their problems.
Rae maintains a good relationship with all Developments' Engineers, and operates as their chief point of contact for all jobs and projects they may have been assigned to. Her ability to understand and work with the company's high-tech data management system ensures a comfortable and fluid business agenda which never fails. Without any doubt, Rae is the glue which holds the business together, ensuring that all ends are met regardless of how tough or arduous they may be. The team truly appreciate everything Rae has bought to the company in her few years here and know full well that they would be lost without her!
Sadie is the newest member of the KWisdom Developments team, having joined in August 2020. Sadie works with the admin team assisting in every aspect, from handling front of house calls and emails, to assisting with financial matters and invoices. Sadie works part-time whilst also being enrolled in a college course where she hopes to achieve her Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
Sadie has a big smile which she gives to everyone she meets. Her warm and bubbly personality, coupled with her impeccable and ever evolving understanding of the building services industry, are greatly appreciated by all of Developments' clients and customers, and it makes a big difference. Sadie works with the in-house management system and has picked up and learned a lot about it in her short time with the company. Her assistance with all administration matters is well received with the other members of the team, who feel her can-do attitude has helped immensely as Developments' clientele and workload ever increase.
Sadie always works to the best of her ability to ensure that work is produced and managed properly and punctually. She has already attributed a lot to the office through her skill and continues to do so.
