Adam is responsible for Strategic Sales within the UK and is responsible for supporting the B&I team on contract retentions and developing and strengthening client partnerships and relationships. Adam has worked within the FM industry for nearly 20 years originally in an operational role specialising in security services across a multitude of clients and sectors. Over the last 12 years, Adam has taken a more active role in business development focusing on a much wider range of services and solutions for clients before becoming responsible for the Sales function within ABM back in 2012.

Andrea is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for ABM, providing oversight on all legal, compliance, and governance affairs as well as risk and safety matters. She acts as legal advisor to the board of the directors and executive management, leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives while advising on all major business activities.
Andrea brings more than three decades of experience working in senior leadership roles that include both public and privately held companies. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for TravelClick, Inc., a business-to-business global provider of data and cloud-based solutions to the hospitality industry. Previously, she was General Counsel for The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. Andrea is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Brown University.
Andrew is an accomplished Health and Safety professional with over 22 years of experience in the safety industry working for large FM businesses. Andrew has a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders delivering strategic and tactical solutions to underpin the business strategy. Andrew joined ABM Aviation business in 2017 and moved into the role of QHSE Director ABM UK in March 2020 and has worked within the Service industry for over 29 years. He has a wealth of experience in health, safety, environment, quality, compliance and risk management in transport and facilities Management services and several different service business sectors. Andrew is a member of the Heathrow Airport Ltd Safety Steering Group in developing strategies for influencing Heathrow Community Health, Safety & Well-being excellence. Andrew is flexible, adaptable and embraces change as a key member of ABM's senior team.

Billy is the Senior Vice President of the West region for ABM's Business & Industry group. He is a seasoned facility services leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry and a depth of operational, sales, and technical expertise. Through his extensive understanding of the industry, Billy believes in delivering great client outcomes through cultivating a culture of success by building a best-in-class team, and setting clear expectations, and managing to those expectations on a recurring basis.
Prior to ABM, Billy held leadership roles at Able Services, OneSource, and SiteStuff, Inc. Billy is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin.
Cary currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for ABM. As part of the executive team, she is focused on ensuring tight integration between sales, marketing, communication, operations, brand, and culture. She oversees all strategic planning, market and client research, creative services, and outbound and inbound marketing.
In her 15 years with ABM, Cary has led both corporate and business-segment marketing and sales operations teams. She was a core driver of the ABM brand transformation and has overseen the brand integrations of 20+ acquisitions. Prior to ABM, Cary held marketing leadership roles at The Winter Group of Companies and MCI WorldCom. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Mercer University and serves on the governing body for the Atlanta CMO Executive Summit. Cary is also an active supporter of CHOA Sibley Heart Center.

Chris joined ABM in 2022, as UK&I Culture & Communications Manager, responsible for all internal and external communications activity. After a long and distinguished career as a Police Officer in Greater Manchester Police, including recognition as a national lead on the investigation of high-profile missing person cases, Chris moved on to become a media consultant. He worked with the BBC, Sky and other TV and radio news broadcasters, nationally and internationally, consulting on crime and policing issues. Chris developed a career in Media Relations, PR and Communications, as a recognised specialist consultant in a diverse array of sectors, including Oil & Gas, Education and the National Health Service, as a senior communications lead during the Covid epidemic. Chris is a proud Mancunian and supports Manchester United. He loves nothing more than spending time walking in the Lake District and Peak District, with his family and their flat coat retriever, Monty.
Chris joined ABM in January 2019. He has over 30 years of HR experience at all levels of HR and 28 years in the Facilities Services sector across the UK, Middle East, and Europe. Having managed large HR teams, supporting over 50,000 employees operating in just about every sector of industry and commerce including Retail, Aviation, Real Estate, Manufacturing, MOD, Central and Local Government, Healthcare, Logistics, and Distribution, to name a few.
Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) and a holder of an MBA from Henley Management College.
He also mentors aspiring HR Directors and new HR professionals for CIPD
In his current role, Chris leads all aspects of HR in the UK including Business Partnering, Talent Attraction, Learning and Development, Employee Communication, and HR Shared Services. He also leads on Sustainability across the UK.

Colin Stevenson is ABM UK's Finance Director - Shared Services. Colin has been working at ABM since 2016, initially as Finance Director for the UK Business & Industry group and in his current role since late 2020.
Colin is ACA qualified and has over 25 years experience as a Finance Director. After several years in public practice, Colin held various increasingly senior finance roles within Chubb Fire & Security before working at Selecta prior to joining ABM.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Earl Ellis is responsible for planning, implementation, management and control of all financial-related activities for ABM. Earl is a seasoned finance executive, who joined ABM from Best Buy Co., where he held several executive positions across finance, including Chief Financial Officer of Best Buy Canada and Senior Vice President of Finance in the U.S. Prior to Best Buy, Earl had executive leadership positions at several other public companies, including Canadian Tire and Campbell Soup Company. Earl has a Bachelor's in Management Economics from the University of Guelph.

As Senior Vice President of ABM's Manufacturing and Distribution business, Ed is responsible for teams that deliver service excellence in material handling, production staffing, janitorial, transportation, maintenance, sustainability, energy, other services across the United States. Ed is passionate about growth and maximizing outcomes for all, including increased productivity and throughput for clients, and greater mobility and career opportunities for team members.
Ed previously held leadership roles in Retail Distribution and ABM's Business & Industry West, Pacific Northwest and Southeast regions, as well as functional areas including Strategic Accounts and IT. Prior to Ed's 20 years of experience in facilities services, he worked in the telecom industry, lived in China as part of a wireless joint venture with the People's Liberation Army (PLA), and was responsible for the divestiture of multiple wireless network assets in the U.S. He has a degree in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
With over 30 years of Operational Management experience, Ian has led the business through many change initiatives, increasing revenues and profitability and brought significant development to the strength and integrity of our brand.
Having overall accountability for business outputs including the delivery of growth and profitability, Ian develops and executes business strategies with the support of his long-standing Leadership team. Ian oversees all business functions to ensure we operate effectively and in line with expectations of those strategies.
Ian has a used his natural strengths and abilities to adapt our approach in balancing business priorities with ESG Improvements and we are now one of a select group of organisations leading and influencing ESG policy and strategies in Ireland.

Jim Niblock is the leader of our U.K. Aviation operations, reporting to Sean Bromfield, SVP Operations at ABM Industries (Aviation Division). Since joining ABM in 2018, Jim has been U.K. Operations Director, and in summer 2022 he was appointed leader of U.K. Aviation operations. During his time at ABM, Jim has helped strengthen operations delivery and lead our teams and clients through the challenges of the pandemic. With 20+ years in the aviation industry, he has a proven track record in standing up new services both in the U.K. and U.S. and a sharp focus on service delivery. Under Jim's leadership ABM continues to support clients adjust to the challenging and changing aviation industry.

John King is ABM UK's Finance Director - FP&A ( Financial Planning & Analysis). John has been working at ABM for over 20 years. First as a consultant before coming onboard full time as Finance Director for the UK Aviation business in 2012, moving to his current role as Finance Director responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis at the back end of 2020.
John is ACCA qualified, prior to working for ABM John worked in public practice with both Arthur Andersen and Deloitte before setting up a consultancy practice serving a number of national and international clients.

John McPherson is Managing Director for B&I U.K. and ABM's Technical Services Business. B&I U.K. have enjoyed significant growth and profitability since ABM acquired the previous UK business back in 2015 and have received great feedback from our customers throughout the pandemic. In the U.K. B&I provide Cleaning, Mission Critical, and Engineering Services and also self-deliver Security where they are ranked amongst the top 3% of companies following a recent audit by the governing body. B&I market sectors are Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Distribution, Transport, and Data Centres (including Europe). John started his ABM career 20+ years ago in his native Scotland and has steadily progressed within the company becoming Managing Director over 5 years ago. Due to the continual and progressive success of the B&I U.K. business, John was asked to incorporate the ATS U.K. business into his team from the start of FY21.

Prior to joining ABM, Josh was a Managing Director and Partner with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on their North American Leadership Team. Throughout his 12 years with BCG, he worked with over 30 service companies across all business aspects including strategy, revenue management, operating model optimization, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, and M&A / integration. Prior to BCG, Josh co-founded a healthcare services firm. Josh holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

She is accountable for monitoring company sustainability performance in the UK.
Prior to ABM, Katrina spent over 3 decades in the construction industry driving sustainability outcomes in place, space, and operations whilst delivering social value. She is a committed volunteer and occasional manager of marine conservation activities.
Katrina is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business at The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership(CISL). She is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and has additionally embarked on a professional development journey through the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment.

Her career in the travel retail sector began over 20 years ago. Leanne has worked in several key roles, leading operations as well as client services for the business' large portfolio of luxury brand clients.

Mark started his ABM career 18+ years ago as an intern. As he took on increasingly strategic leadership roles in Sales and Operations over the years, Mark successfully helped grow the Business & Industry group. Martin joined ABM in 1987 as a Supervisor / Project Manager and ascended quickly through various senior leadership roles across the Northeast region. He has been Senior Vice President, Great Lakes & Northeast since 2014.
Matthew Bowkett was nominated for undertaking some fantastic work populating a full customer asset list and asset tagging, whilst continuing to carry out his day to day duties. She joins ABM from Cushman & Wakefield technology group, where she was responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy in the Americas. She has an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and both a Master's and Bachelor's in Engineering from Cornell University.

Raúl joined ABM in 2019 and has served as the people leader and advocate for our more than 100,000 dedicated team members across the US and the UK. Raúl is dedicated to cultivating a stronger ABM community by growing and developing our people and fostering an inclusive culture where everyone is seen, heard, and valued.
With more than 30 years of human resources and management experience, Raúl has held key HR leadership roles at Coty, Comcast, and Frito-Lay.
Raúl earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania.

As Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Rene is responsible for the overall operational performance and profitability of all ABM industry groups, which includes Aviation, Business & Industry (B&I), Education, Technology & Manufacturing, and Technical Solutions segments. Furthermore, he has over the years been an instrumental leader of ABM's business transformation and service delivery model. Rene joined ABM in 2012 as Executive Vice President of ABM's West Region and within three years was promoted to the President of B&I, the largest operating segment within ABM, representing approximately half of the company's total revenue. He subsequently assumed control as Chief Facilities Services Officer of all industry groups, excluding Technical Solution.
Rene is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in leading large, complex service organizations within the facility services and integrated facilities management industries across Europe and North America. He has a Master's degree in Economics from the Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Last week, SVP & President for UK & Ireland, Richard Sykes, visited the Bullring site to see first hand the great work our technical team is doing there. Technical Contracts Manager Matthew McCoy introduced him to team members as well as the famous bronze bull - an iconic fixture in Birmingham city centre since 2003.
Richard visited the site with David Donovan (Divisional Director, ABM UK) and met Dima Tucheva (supervisor) and Tatiana Javed, who has been raising a garden on site growing Raspberries, Tomatoes and strawberries. Thanks to the team for the warm welcome.
Richard Sykes is SVP and President, UK & Ireland, and joined ABM in May 2023. Richard is a strong leader with a proven track record for accelerating growth for global operations, building effective teams and driving transformation across large, multi-billion dollar businesses. Richard started his career at Taylor Woodrow, developing through a range of Facilities Management roles, and joins ABM after various roles at ISS, where he was regional CEO in various capacities over the last decade.

ABM President and CEO Scott Salmirs shares how our commitment to Make a Difference is in the DNA of our company and our culture.
Scott is the visionary leader guiding one of the largest facility services providers listed on the New York Stock Exchange. After more than 10 years with ABM, Scott was selected to become CEO, distinguishing him as only the 7th person to hold that position in the Company's 110-year history. Before joining ABM, Scott held leadership positions managing building portfolios at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and CBRE.
Scott has an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Bachelor of Science in Business-Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. He is on the board of the State University of New York College at Oneonta Business Advisory Council. He also is on the Board of the Outreach Project, an organization dedicated to rehabilitating high school age drug users, and is a founding Board Member of Donate Eight, a group focused on increasing the number of organ donors in New York State.

As President of ABM's Aviation business, Sean Bromfield is responsible for all aspects of the company's global aviation business, providing service excellence to airlines and airports across the U.S., U.K., Ireland and the Middle East. With nearly 30 years of operational leadership experience in the travel and service industries, he's demonstrated an ability to build relationships, lead high-performing teams, and successfully navigate a dynamic environment.
Sean was previously instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence as Senior Vice President of Operations for ABM Aviation with multi-site and multi-client segment responsibilities in the U.S. Prior to joining ABM, he spent 26 years with Hertz Global Holdings in progressive leadership roles, including Division Vice President for the U.S. Central Region and Canada. A native of South Africa, Sean is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a graduate of Wingate University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Sophie has a background in automotive and aviation, working in a number of roles that enable her to understand complex industries and how these can be best translated to compelling content, bringing a brand to life.

ABM Education President Valerie Burd is a seasoned leader responsible for all aspects of ABM's education business. Her team works with hundreds of K-12 school systems, colleges and universities throughout the U.S. to provide cleaner, healthier and more attractive academic atmospheres for students, teachers, faculty and staff. In her 16 years with ABM, Valerie has also led the Strategic Accounts Group with a focus on process management and delivery of standardized services across the Business & Industry Group. She also served as Regional Vice President of the Northeast and Great Lakes regions, managing an expansive footprint extending from Manhattan to Maine.
Valerie has over 20 years of experience in facilities management, including roles with Tishman Speyer Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE. She graduated from Galway Regional Technical University in Ireland and is currently a member of BOMA and CREW Network.
