Adam is responsible for Strategic Sales within the UK and is responsible for supporting the B&I team on contract retentions and developing and strengthening client partnerships and relationships. Adam has worked within the FM industry for nearly 20 years originally in an operational role specialising in security services across a multitude of clients and sectors. Over the last 12 years, Adam has taken a more active role in business development focusing on a much wider range of services and solutions for clients before becoming responsible for the Sales function within ABM back in 2012.

Andrea is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for ABM, providing oversight on all legal, compliance, and governance affairs as well as risk and safety matters. She acts as legal advisor to the board of the directors and executive management, leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives while advising on all major business activities. Andrea brings more than three decades of experience working in senior leadership roles that include both public and privately held companies. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for TravelClick, Inc., a business-to-business global provider of data and cloud-based solutions to the hospitality industry. Previously, she was General Counsel for The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. Andrea is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Brown University.

Andrew Lewinton

Andrew is a member of the Heathrow Airport Ltd Safety Steering Group in developing strategies for influencing Heathrow Community Health, Safety & Well-being excellence. Billy Hatler

Cary Bainbridge - CMO

Cary currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for ABM. As part of the executive team, she is focused on ensuring tight integration between sales, marketing, communication, operations, brand, and culture. She oversees all strategic planning, market and client research, creative services, and outbound and inbound marketing. In her 15 years with ABM, Cary has led both corporate and business-segment marketing and sales operations teams. She was a core driver of the ABM brand transformation and has overseen the brand integrations of 20+ acquisitions. Prior to ABM, Cary held marketing leadership roles at The Winter Group of Companies and MCI WorldCom. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Mercer University and serves on the governing body for the Atlanta CMO Executive Summit. Chris Horrocks

Chris joined ABM in 2022, as UK&I Culture & Communications Manager, responsible for all internal and external communications activity. After a long and distinguished career as a Police Officer in Greater Manchester Police, including recognition as a national lead on the investigation of high-profile missing person cases, Chris moved on to become a media consultant. He worked with the BBC, Sky and other TV and radio news broadcasters, nationally and internationally, consulting on crime and policing issues. Chris developed a career in Media Relations, PR and Communications, as a recognised specialist consultant in a diverse array of sectors, including Oil & Gas, Education and the National Health Service, as a senior communications lead during the Covid epidemic. Chris is a proud Mancunian and supports Manchester United. He loves nothing more than spending time walking in the Lake District and Peak District, with his family and their flat coat retriever, Monty.

Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) and a holder of an MBA from Henley Management College. He also mentors aspiring HR Directors and new HR professionals for CIPD In his current role, Chris leads all aspects of HR in the UK including Business Partnering, Talent Attraction, Learning and Development, Employee Communication, and HR Shared Services. Ed Marcil

John started his ABM career 20+ years ago in his native Scotland and has steadily progressed within the company becoming Managing Director over 5 years ago. Rene Jacobsen - COO, EVP

Furthermore, he has over the years been an instrumental leader of ABM's business transformation and service delivery model. Rene joined ABM in 2012 as Executive Vice President of ABM's West Region and within three years was promoted to the President of B&I, the largest operating segment within ABM, representing approximately half of the company's total revenue. He subsequently assumed control as Chief Facilities Services Officer of all industry groups, excluding Technical Solution. Rene is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in leading large, complex service organizations within the facility services and integrated facilities management industries across Europe and North America. He has a Master's degree in Economics from the Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Richard Sykes

Last week, SVP & President for UK & Ireland, Richard Sykes, visited the Bullring site to see first hand the great work our technical team is doing there. Technical Contracts Manager Matthew McCoy introduced him to team members as well as the famous bronze bull - an iconic fixture in Birmingham city centre since 2003. Richard visited the site with David Donovan (Divisional Director, ABM UK) and met Dima Tucheva (supervisor) and Tatiana Javed, who has been raising a garden on site growing Raspberries, Tomatoes and strawberries. Thanks to the team for the warm welcome. Richard Sykes is SVP and President, UK & Ireland, and joined ABM in May 2023. Richard is a strong leader with a proven track record for accelerating growth for global operations, building effective teams and driving transformation across large, multi-billion dollar businesses. Richard started his career at Taylor Woodrow, developing through a range of Facilities Management roles, and joins ABM after various roles at ISS, where he was regional CEO in various capacities over the last decade.

Scott Salmirs - CEO, President

Before joining ABM, Scott held leadership positions managing building portfolios at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and CBRE. Scott has an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Bachelor of Science in Business-Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. Sean was previously instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence as Senior Vice President of Operations for ABM Aviation with multi-site and multi-client segment responsibilities in the U.S. Prior to joining ABM, he spent 26 years with Hertz Global Holdings in progressive leadership roles, including Division Vice President for the U.S. Central Region and Canada. A native of South Africa, Sean is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a graduate of Wingate University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

ABM Education President Valerie Burd is a seasoned leader responsible for all aspects of ABM's education business. Her team works with hundreds of K-12 school systems, colleges and universities throughout the U.S. to provide cleaner, healthier and more attractive academic atmospheres for students, teachers, faculty and staff. In her 16 years with ABM, Valerie has also led the Strategic Accounts Group with a focus on process management and delivery of standardized services across the Business & Industry Group. She also served as Regional Vice President of the Northeast and Great Lakes regions, managing an expansive footprint extending from Manhattan to Maine. Valerie has over 20 years of experience in facilities management, including roles with Tishman Speyer Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE. She graduated from Galway Regional Technical University in Ireland and is currently a member of BOMA and CREW Network.
